I ordered a Spheroid a couple of days ago and was wondering if I could flush mount it on something like the Pisces M without having airflow issues. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I run with my Spheroid on Pisces M. It was this setup I brought with me from Asia to California yesterday.

Me too, I always carry with me ... a few mods and atomizers and stuff, who knows what may happen at the next minute? It is a reflex, coming from a 30 years habit of smoking rolling tobaccos and sudden instances with tobacco, lighter, but not enough rolling papers.

George and Miro used to laugh with me, but their time came ... Last year, George travelled to Sofia alone with only his Spheroid, no extra wire or wick to meet Miro, who was in the same condition and even worst, he had only a Spheroid, a Paps v2 and 2 batteries! Both Spheroids coils broke during dry burnings and since it was Friday night, they were seeking for hours to find a humble cartomizer in Sofia for the rest of the weekend :D
Of course now, they are loaded with stuff all the time!

HAHAHA!
All of us have been there somehow. We all could find tobacco at any time any place. Now we test our will power daily. I have none I now have a hard time walking to the mailbox without one :).
It is funny, just having one with us even if we don't use it makes us feel better. Codependency. I just add it to our OCD issue. lol

That was me, all me me me me.

I did not state high end items are so great compared to low end stuff. In fact, I specifically stated that anything, regardless of quality or cost, is worth all the money in the world if it keeps someone off the analogs. I merely voiced my preference for high-end products, and not just vaping products.

I like to think I am a smart shopper. I buy the store-brand tissue paper, because it is just as good as the brand-name versions, at about 1/3rd of the price - and has the added bonus of being just double-ply tissue paper, sans the various lotions and fragrances brand-name tissue includes to entice consumers.

My current tally of converted ex-smokers who are happy analog-free vapers is now around 12 (I say around because one is still using analogs as he decides if vaping is for him). All but one are in the New York area. I have steered them to the only vape store currently in Manhattan, with instructions to let the proprietor show them the ropes. I suggest to them to start small, with a cheap Ego or similar starter kit, a clearo and some juice, and to upgrade only if they think they will need or want more, once they are accustomed to vaping. My only caveat is to charge said devices using the wall charger, and not the USB or car charger, as the battery discharge incidents seem to all happen when using the latter charging methods.

One friend complained that he couldn't produce the clouds my Lux+ScubaDiver were putting out, so I helped him get a Provari and a Protank to replace his Ego/ViviNova, and introduced him to VCV juices to upgrade from the crap he was vaping. He thanks me on every single phone call. It wasn't about bigger clouds, it was about getting enough satisfaction to avoid going back to analogs.

Well done Kat, It is also my passion to very very gently nudge my friends, family and extended family's towards a more healthy alternative to analogs.
As for your choice of tissue, let the rash be your guide my brother...

Added the following to my Spheroid Microcoil Post

Spheroid with "Microcoil and Cotton" = Amazing Vape

CAUTION:
It's not your ability to make sub-Ohm coils ~ what matters most is what batteries you use to run it. For sub-Ohms you must have 10Amps or higher discharge rate, else it could be disastrous. Higher the better ~ eg. the 30Amps Sony linked above.

DISCLAIMER:
It is recommended to use a coil having resistance of 1Ω and above. Sub-Ohm resistances are not recommended for any user of any device. Because, not every battery currently in the market can safely sustain / handle such loads. Even an experienced user cannot always be certain / confident of the Amp limit of his batteries.

Tinkering this morning..

rebe9edu.jpg

Yes the GT looks amazing on the X; however, the GT is totally reliant on wick thickness as I painfully discovered this morning.

Tried my first run on the SnC yarn, with an additional piece laid over the wick that's through the coil. I did this to plug the wick holes in the chamber. Diagnosis = Leak, Leak, Leak due to wick thickness. I'm going to try 3 pieces next time or a combo of balls and yarn.

Did you go half way around the world with one mod ? I don't go to the store with one mod lol.

I spend my time at three places/countries and am setup so I rarely have to travel with anything more than my laptop/backpack. At each locations, I'm setup with my clothes, pool cues and now vaping gears.

I remember Kevin Rose, serial entrepreneur and General Partner at Google Ventures, said something back in the day about someone who only had one key on his keychain and how at transformed his day to day and naturally his way at approaching things (life).
