Brother Id, I received your gifts today. Thank you so very much buddy, you rock :)

BTW, these one's are quite fluffy and low density ~ unlike the ones I use --> the SERA and Xtreme's Juwel. No wonder you roll-in more into your Spheroid (than me). And I also believe this will be much better with higher VG liquids.

Thanks once again brother!

Love ya bro!

Your right bro, my pm to you isn't in my sent messages either, my apologies. Anywho After my discussion with the King this morning I discovered I already have a stash of the same fluff. So I'm good to go, thank you for the offer, keep it for someone in need bro.

Whew! i was going to send you my last sheets(planned on keeping a little for myself). I would of been happy too though.

I could use help from everyone. I REALLY want to like my SnP tanks but can't seem to get it right. I have had problems with it just dumping the fluid on a diver, killer and sophia so know it is the tank. The only thing I can tell is one of them will work "OK" meaning it doesn't flood but has part of the o-ring showing when I get it snug enough to hold pressure. The other two simply dump fluid no matter what.

Can somebody look at the picture of the three tops and tell me if your looks the same? The one in the top left is the one that works but my OCD won't stop stressing over the o-ring showing out the hole in the top (just maybe 1mm of it shows but is still enough).

Also, any recommendations on thicker o-rings I could use to get them to hold pressure?

Rick, you do know there's a top cap that screws over the threaded part, right? This cap covers the o-rings and seals the tank. Hope this helps.

Yep, that is clear.... if you look at the pictures you can see that the caps don't make good contact with the o-rings. I can even switch the o-rings around and get the same results so it's not the o-rings. Making it even easier, I can hear/feel the cap making direct contact with the metal on the two that lead and only feel the o-rings on the one that works OK.

I don't know if I'm understanding you correctly but I don't see your top caps in your pics.. I took my top cap off and it looks exactly the same as your pics.. Hmm, someone will be along to help..

Yes, as Rock correctly stated -- once the SnP's "Top Covers" are screwed onto it's top caps it pretty much seals those fill-holes whatever/however those fill-hole O-rings are.

And likewise, I'm not sure I understood Rick's query to it's fullest :(

Rick - Yes, I do believe that the pic in the upper top left is correct. That is how both of mine sit. The o-rings are supposed to create a good seal between top cap & top cover to prevent any leakage. The pic on the right shows me that there would be an issue w/leakage coming from the top cap/cover. Maybe the fill holes were drilled too far in.

I have another spheroid on the way that will need some love. Idaho, can I count on you for refinishing tech support? I will be working with a PnB adapter and a Dremel or an 12V Dewalt.
Always, you will figure out how easy it is and of to the races.
I broke my first tool and have to chuck it in a Dewalt and found I like the stability better than my Dremel.
Very light pressure with your medium choice as the tool can bend and get Wonky.

The tool saves me so much time as my old set-up was kinda hillbilly bro.
I just got in some walnut shell medium for my blaster I'm going to try later.

Learning curve today...my KFLs and Spheroid giving me issues..tonight I finally realize I probably just need to replace the cotton in all of them...to late tonight to worry about it but will refresh them all in the morning. It's an easy task...just something to get used to doing more often. I just need to remind myself it's not a rebuild with the micro coil and cotton...just a minute or so to replace the cotton. This old lady just doesn't learn as quickly as she used to:D

1. When I first purchased my Dewalt and was bringing it home, a hot blonde walking by on the street stopped and said "I love a man with a Dewalt". In Manhattan, this is HIGHLY unusual, and therefore that much kinkier.

2. I use my Dremel for pedicures.
