juice snooty? Ooooh that cracks me up. You know I'm a bit freakish when it comes to juice also. Many here are...my my buddies Kat and Morningwood no doubt but, we three have to have GVC "in stock".
I have been on the hunt for D and I just quality vanilla for a year....then BAM GVC. It scratches the itch. In fact that toe curling itch that may or may not resemble a faint but familiar O face :). I can suck a full Spheroid down before I realize the nicotine I have ingested would kill weaker men.
Did I mention we might like it? Rumor has it that King P may also like it :). Thanks Perseas.

I have $150 of Ahlusion that just got catapulted from Michigan towards Banksterville, New York. And I could fill Lake Victoria with my stockpile of GVC. Yes, I'm a snob when it comes to juices, but mostly because I have a very sensitive palate. I would be elated if I could enjoy the cheap stuff, but even a lot of the pricey juices taste like Surströmming.

Eh, it's a neat idea. I for one never had a prob just using blunt tip needles. Same thing. To each their own though.

Yup , 1/16 drill bit works pretty well. My question on that coil wrapping tool would be what diameter the post you wrap on is and if it's possible to swap it out with other posts. Different devices call for different diameters.

I did just read that you can use different size bits in it. It has a screw that holds your bits in place. That's a great feature to have. All my needles I use are 15,16,and 18 ga. That seems good enough to me.

It comes with 2 mandrels, a 1/16", and a #54 (1.6 and 1.4mm) you can swap them easily.

Yeah, I thought the same thing...but it really makes it fast, and so much easier with the tension being held on the tail.

I like mine as well. Pretty simple fo make one yourself but I like DZ, he is a solid guy. Won't be long until faketech and every other B company sell a version.

Q uses a toothpick, some use InTaste kf screw drivers, some syringe needless.
It's mostly dependant on gauge kanthal used to hit your ohm requirement. I use .29.28.30 pretty simple and close enough to use one bit for my ohm requirement..

I was wondering the same thing. It seems like one could be made too, but I have a feeling I will go bonkers and would rather just purchase one :) and people seem to like his better than the ones they make.

To my fellow Canadian GP and Grants enthusiasts on here:

I recently ordered directly from Grants and my order was stopped by customs. I lost 4 bottles. I just ordered from Vapour Art a bottle with my hardware and it made it through. This is a good thing and a bad thing.

Bad because as a first time Grants user I am realising that I like it as much as my other favourite, Mothers Milk and I'll want to replenish this as often as I can. My concern is the label leaves no room for interpretation. It clearly states nicotine and even warns against nicotine. If customs looks at it they wouldn't have to guess and they would stop the delivery.

So my question to the fellow Canadians who are passionate of Grants, how many times have you ordered, what quantity each time and how often have you been stopped? Also are you only ordering it from Vapour Ant or are you also ordering from Grants?

For the non-Canadians that might not be familiar with Canadian import challenges. We are not allowed to buy juice with nicotine and customs will stop it from entering the country, if they catch it. There is not an actual law but Health Canada has imposed this restriction without it actually being illegal. I have only had my shipment stopped once but none of the other vendors had labels that were so clearly ejuice with nicotine.

I talked a bit to him also for a couple for buddies.
Honestly buddy, it is easier and faster just to spin one on a bit, toothpick or whatever after one gets the hang of it. My index finger also hold tension. The coils stroll won't be perfectly together and still need to be torched and crushed after to alleviate spring. Grab a metal coat hanger and cut the long part out and bang out 15 or so after you figure out wraps + or - 1 for preferred ohms and you have enough to last 6 months. I bet the ones that stick to micro won't really use the device after a month(especially when you doggy finds it buddy and chews it up :))
This is all said in respect as I still think it may be useful to some.

So I dropped a mod tonight :(

I was getting out of the car and it dropped straight on the asphalt. It was my Provari with a SnP with Provari ring and steel tank with a Sofia inside. It's a heavy piece of hardware when it's all together. It ended up landing at a slight angle with the drip tip pointed right in to the ground.

The drip tip made it out somewhat unscathed. There is a small scuff , which is really impressive (kudos Perseas).

Unfortunately 316 SS doesn't have any give and it didn't absorb any of the energy. It all transferred straight in to the Sofia. In the process it folded the top edge of the Sofia over on half of the atty which you can sort of see in the picture below. Then the weight of the tank came down and over the drip tip about half way. I can't see a single mark on the tank as of yet , that would have really upset me. Well because the edge of the Sofia was folded a bit it ripped the top cap o-ring when I tried to slide the tank back down. Good thing the SnP came with 4 of the red ones and that Yankee has 175 more if I need any.

Sadly I didn't realize the extent of the damage until I got home and took it all apart. The Sofia was open about 3/4 of a turn when I dropped it. Well because nearly zero of the impact was absorbed the weight of the Provari and the tank pushed the two halves of the Sofia together. I tried gripping them with some rubber to get a good grip and they won't budge. I have a feeling that the threads are trashed :( because it won't budge with all my force put in to it.

I think the moral of the story is be more careful when you've got nearly 500$ in hardware in your hand , and that my Heron and Paps are never leaving a carpeted surface lol.

Chad, I did the same thing. I was sleep deprived with my sick girl and thought I put my phone in my shirt pocket instead, I put my mod in there. My glass drip tip took all the hit smacking onto the concrete sidewalk. glass broke (obviously duh) and the Sophia was wide open as well. strange my sophia top didn't have the dmg that you sustained (my mod was the bod mecha which is lighter than the provari) but the threads were jammed. I figured that was it for my Sophia...Yankee with all his patience of a saint, gently snapped in opposite direction of the bent angle and she ended up being just fine. Give that a try or talk to him in the morning and he maybe able to assist. don't try to screw or unscrew because that will only make it worse.
my tank ended up being fine and so is my mod.
