I don't think I have a problem with the firing pin. Its just that assuming you have your device unlocked and you are vaping. When I lock it by turning the locking ring counter clockwise, it sticks to the switch base and both get unscrewed from the tube. Then I put it in lock position and thread it back on the tube. Wait, do I have to hold the switch base with my other hand when locking?

I understand now, what you meant in the first place. When you change battery, it is better to do it from above. Adjust the telescopic centre post to create a tension to the battery, when the top cap is screwed down and with this method, the locking function won't interfere with the threading of the base of the switch and the tube. There is no need to hold the base with your other hand while you lock-unlock the switch. It is simply a matter of applying the right pressure to the battery via the telescopic centre post and changing the batteries from above.

Perfect.
I used to do it from below, with my PAPS 2.1. Then one day my 'brass button' (firing button) just fell off and the 'spring' went flying. Lesson learnt, I never do so again - change batteries 'only' from the top-cap end.

Thanks a lot I will try that. I think I need to train myself on the amount of pressure to move the ring. Thanks again and sorry for wasting your time and everyone else's :D

Also trying to understand.
You know when locking or unlocking the ring, the ring doesn't have to be screwed tight or fully engaged in either direction to function properly.
Certainly don't tighten hard when locking or the opposite when unlocking.
Just a little finesse is all.

Thanks. Well finesse is hard when you have fat fingers :D

When I want to lock my Paps 2.1, I give the locking ring a good spin like spinning a top. Not only is it fun, it seems to give enough tension to keep the locking ring in place. I do the same kind of thing when I unlock it, being careful not to over tighten it. This works well for me and hope that it helps you.

The moment we find a few CNC machines more, we shall do a 22 mm Spheroid. It has been requested a long time ago, but except the lack of available CNC, we didn't find a reason to do that, because we have in development another atty. The technical challenges we faced with that project, delayed us, therefore, we'll produce a 22 mm Spheroid and then, we'll focus again to the initial project.
Of course, all these will be done, when we gain access to more CNC machines.

perseas, will there be a snail mail service available to the us? i want the driptip for my spheroid but don't want to pay 15 euros for a driptip..

The snail mail is already available and it appears at checkout as an option when the order is up to 30€. It is for spare parts and drip tips of course. It is described in the first page of our site when you click the link about shipping and DHL. It is also in the FAQ.

how much of the fluff filler should i be using with my spheroid? seems like i am having problems with the wick keeping up... maybe the spheroid isnt my match as a sub ohm chain vaper?
here is mysetup:
just enough fluff to wrap around the bell
double wrap nextel 1/32 with a loop that touches the fluff
6/7 wraps or so of 28g kanthal
.9 ohms
