Yep, it comes Free, part of the package.
Got it from www.intaste.de. Love the vendor, ships via FedEx, just $11 on shipping, 2.5 days to the door, beat that!
Got one at the local fedex facility should be here later. Can't wait to compare it to the 3.1.
They call it "Semi-Polished". It's subdued shiny, not brushed and neither overtly sparkling... I find it just right. The texture is close to our v2.5 Paps SS body, just a tad shiny. It's looking gr8 on the Paps... past the polished cap when the K-Lite is atop it kinda looks like similar hue, but a closer look shows the difference. Nonetheless, the look & feel of the combo is wonderful.

More expensive (with $17 shipping and they ship standard mail!) and they just sent it today! So yeah... I don't know 7~14 days more to arrive?
As u already know, the K-Lite is 9mm shorter (in length) to the Kfn 3.1 ES, due to the elimination of the Base Catch. It also has a 'direct swapability' for any 510 Drip-Tip sans the need of a D/T Adapter. Two reasons why I went for the K-Lite. Rest everything else remain the same.

I have seen people wait over a month to get from Russia... some up to 3 months!

I made the same mistake...overpaid....mine is not even shipped yet, unless "Complete" means shipped... i wish intaste would update the shipping page cause usa is not on that list so i thought they dont ship to usa.
could be much longer than that. it took 40 (FORTY!!!) days from purchase date for my kayfuns to arrive. other people have reported longer, but many shorter, as well. apparently russian mail/customs is worse than the usps by far... moral of the story is to never, ever, ever order anything from svoemesto directly.
I think qorax meant to 0.9cm, and a cm does make a big difference imo.
