Hey Skully! Glad ya found our little niche over here! :) (Thanks, CA!)

Anyway, I started this review because I won the kit from Heaven Gifts' contest thread here and wanted to share my views on it. I've been really pleased with the kit as a whole and have been using it non-stop since I got it. All of my other mods are gettin' jealous! That being said, it is the cCell that is the real star of this show. If you have compatible tanks/mods that you can use them in (and I know ya do), then you're not really missing out on anything. I do like the form factor of the Target mod, but I know there are those who do not agree... we all like what we like, right?

I'll have to give the Nickel cCell another try after hearing your experience with them. There's gotta be something that I was doing wrong... just don't know what yet.

As for the Stainless Steel cCells... I don't believe that they have been released yet. We're still waiting... (patiently?... maybe not)

Absolutely! Stick around, hang out, share your thoughts! We bounce around between talking about the vaporesso parts and just getting to know each other a bit... not super strict about keeping it just to the vaporesso stuff. So, thanks for dropping by!!

Kaz
Yay! I'm so glad Skully decided to join in here. :)

You're right; the SS coils have not been released yet. They should be any day now, though. Impatiently waiting is exactly right! :)

I want a top-fill that'll still take the cCells, I just haven't decided which one yet.

After getting a Top-Fill CUBIS...I know I will never purchase another Bottom-Fill tank...

3 Top-Fill tanks that accept cCELL coils that I've been considering:

Tobeco Super Tank Mini...4.5ml...$19.95...

Vaporesso Gemini Tank...3.0ml...$29.54...

Anyvape Furytank V2...5.0ml...$29.99...

Tobeco Super Tank Sub Ohm Sub-Ohm Tank

$29.54 Authentic Vaporesso Gemini Tank Clearomizer - 3ml / 0.5ohm / stainless steel + glass at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Thank you for your shared review! I like the shape yes really looks like a joystick! another interesting thing is the ceramic coil, easier to clean than cotton coils?
I sincerely suggest more photos to illustrate so your review will be perfect! :)

Lol, this fella didn't last long ... joined last Thursday and already 'Moved On'.

I guess now you won't need to post any pics for him Kaz. :D

I'm doing good, Thanks! Busy but good nonetheless.

How are things with you? I recall your wife had another treatment recently or something along those lines, did all that go okay? I certainly hope so ... I was sending good vibes your way. :)

Doing okay. Yeah, she's still going through chemo... just had her 10th treatment this past Friday. We're hoping that after the 12th treatment that they'll switch her to a reduced dosage... this full dose regimen has been pretty brutal and just sucks all of her energy out. We definitely appreciate the good vibes, man! We'll absolutely take 'em! :)

Do the cCell coils work in the Aspire Triton 2, and if so how well? I would like to try the coils before I lay out the cash for a new kit.

Not sure about the Triton 2, but I see that Gerry posted an updated compatibility list!

Nice! So the Triton is a yes, but the Triton 2 hasn't been confirmed... Thanks so much for linking that updated list, Gerry! Much appreciated!!

I'm still praying for you guys, too. 12 rounds is a very long time! :( My dad was hoping to get his chemo dosage reduced at his doctor visit last week but that didn't happen. They told him he needs to do a few more weeks before they decide on that. His is oral, though.

Thank you, CA, we really appreciate it! And yeah, 12 rounds is about 6 months... she gets treatment every other week. I'm sorry to hear that your dad didn't get his reduced, chemo is hard on the body and the mind. Even oral dosage chemo is difficult... I can't imagine having to force myself to swallow a pill with the knowledge that it was going to make me sick. :( Just keep in mind, though, that as hard as it is on the body, it's even harder on those evil C cells! I'll keep your dad and the rest of y'all in my prayers as well! {{{{{HUGS}}}}}

Just got some ccells today and threw one in my Starre Pro. I'm glad I'd already seen other people talk about needing to break 'em in, I was very disappointed in the first few hits, but once I was past that, WOW. I'm sold.
Trying to decide now if I should wait to try it in my Triton till I need to change the coil anyway, or if I should just go ahead and throw one in now.

Hey Bruddah!! Glad you finally got some in to try! I TOLD ya!! These things rock... and you should easily get a coupla weeks out of that one coil. I kinda cheat on the break-in now. I squirt a bit of juice into the little hex holes and a coupla small drops down the middle onto the ceramic... then install and close off the airholes before doing a few dry primer pulls. After that, yeah, second or third hit is nirvana!

As for the Triton... LOL, I guess it's up to you, Bro! I'd prolly go ahead and swap it, but I'm a bit of a cCell fanboy! ;)

    Hello all and Kaezziel!
I joined this website hoping to see if someone can lead me in the right direction? The question I have is about the CCELL Ni200 coils? I can not find any range to use them! Give you some info on my gear = Triton 2, with the Joyetech Cuboid 150 watt, no upgrade, do not see a need to go to 200 watts? I do have the Istick tc40, but I use that with my aspire Nautilus and the mini, easier to conceal and carry around. Back to the CCELL I get vapor cloud production (I'm not a cloud chaser) But I want the flavor, and I am not getting it with these! It is very very muted? Almost to the point of NO Flavor? I have been up and down the temperature and the wattage in TC mode for Ni coils, I have done the initial ohm check at room temprature and locked it in? But Now when I put the Aspire Clapton 0.5 ohm in the flavor is awesome. I bought the CCELLs for the flavor, sort of wished I would have bought the kanthals! Any help from you all would be appreciated! I am new to this, 3 months in and 3 months off the smokes!!! Happy about that, flavor or no flavor!!! Thank you for any help!!!! Also I am using a 80vg/20pg, Was wondering if the juice is to thick?

    Hey there McVm!
Happy to hear that you've decided to give the cCells a try! They are pretty awesome, but I still haven't had much luck with the Ni200s... I may try them on my SX350J board device at some point, but for me they are a bit of a miss. I had the same problem... extremely muted flavor no matter what I did with them. Now, the kanthal cCells are a completely different animal. Those things are awesome! If you happen to pick up some of those to try out, I'd hit 'em with 30-40W (start out lower, I'd say 25W and bump from there as you go). That'll put you on da express train to Flavah-Town! Sorry that I don't really have any good advice on the Ni200s... if I knew how to make 'em work I'd probably be using them myself! :)

Congrats on making da switch and gettin' off dem smokes! Three months is awesome, and if you've made it this far then there's no reason to turn back! :D
As for your juice, 80vg/20pg will wick in the cCells, but you probably won't be able to chain vape it. For me the ideal ratio for the cCells is around 70vp/30pg. At least, that's my opinion.

    Hello Kaezziel,

On my other post I recieved a lot of good info on TC and Ni200 coils from someone helpful, being somewhat of a noob it provided me a starting point. here is the forum = Eleaf iStick : part 2
Going to try it maybe tomorrow and hopefully get them to work?? I bought a 5 pack of them, So I need to try!!!
I was up and down on the watts and the temp, sometimes it got a little better, but nothing like the stock Clapton coils? My next adventure is to try a RDA, searching for that flavor! Thank you, I do not think I will be going back to the smokes, my roommate smokes, I now think they stink badly and after hearing him cough up a lung every morning! Gives me more of an incentive to stay away! :thumb: I just read a few posts back and The Answer is yes The coils will work in the Triton 2, but good luck getting the Ni200's working! And Now for the last part of this post! I wish and hope the best for you and your wife!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice! You must have talked to Skully over there. He's had good luck with then Nickel coils, and at some point I'll try them again and use his advice as well.
If you don't mind, could you keep us updated on your progress and experience with the Nickel coils? I'm definitely interested in hearing feedback on those because most of us in here have just stuck with the kanthal cCells. As for an RDA, they are great. I have several myself and love them all. A few really good flavor RDAs are: Stumpy, Derringer, Hobo, Nectar, Magma... they all have different set-ups but the biggest key to getting flavor out of an RDA is a small cap. Particularly if it is domed. I'd be happy to help you with figuring out what RDA to get and how to build it if you need any help. Also, I prefer rayon as my choice of wicking material. Not everyone will agree, but it is by far the best to me. I can point you to a VERY helpful thread on it if you are interested.

And, Thank You VERY Much!!! It has been a long and arduous battle so far, but we are not giving up. We go in for chemo treatment #11 (Part Deux) this Friday, and we're hoping that the doctors will switch her to a reduced "maintenance" dosage after #12, so we're getting closer! :)

Hey guys! Ok so been vaping for a while and a few years ago was big on genesis devices. After a year of mesh builds the porous ceramic wicks came out and I absolutely loved them. I knew the guy who made the fc 2000 wicks and asked me to beta test them. I started the fc 2000 thread and still to this date I have never gotten better flavor from a set up. After a year of doing the genny ceramic, the micro coil and cotton thing hit and along with a kayfun and a dna mod, I slowly made a transition. I loved the flavor of ceramic but once I got used to a micro coil and consistent power, it was hard to go back. See the micro coil produced a major TH compared to the sort of mello ceramic. Anyways i haven't vaped a genny in a couple years but I do miss the flavor and am curious to this new ceramic coil . For one, has anyone vaped a ceramic genny? That could make a comparison? If so would like to know what you think, if not, how is the TH? I'm currently vaping at 25 watts on rta's like the erlkonigin /gem/ aqua/ and the new kayfun mini v3. I love flavor but love a good TH. I vape from 50/50 to 30/70 vg and use 18 to 24mg nic. Well thanks for listening and appreciate any feed back

I wanted to check in and see if you were still using the vapresso tank and the original coil...I know I haven't read back (too many pages!)...
I am and it's still working perfectly......I am sure I haven't filled it as many times as you have yet....but still works like the first hit...

Welcome, @vapdivrr! Wow, so you've been around the block a few times and have much more experience with ceramic wicks that I do. I've run a few genny tanks in the past, but never with ceramics, so I can't really give you a comparison. I can say that the cCells give a very clean flavor... better than any cotton I've ever tried, and a bit better than rayon (which was my "high-bar standard").
As far as TH goes, I don't really have a good answer for that either. I'm at 5-6mg nic and get very little TH from any of my set-ups. Even RDAs at 75+ watts...

I wanted to check in and see if you were still using the vapresso tank and the original coil...I know I haven't read back (too many pages!)...

Hahaha! Hiya Blue! Still using the tank/mod, but no... I've gone through quite a few coils now. They're lasting me a bit longer now because I'm only going through about a tank a day now. I got a new mod that's been getting a LOT of attention lately... my first SQUONKER! :D
