How long was the shipping time for any of you in the states? If I send an order in for the Estia and LORD, am I going to be expecting to wait for months and months? I saw videos of people near me saying theirs came in a week. Also, for such a large purchase ($250+) am I going to be looking at a crazy amount of shipping cost?

What we are experiencing in wait time and cost is different from how it should be now. It will be more expensive but faster shipping (if I am not mistaken).

So, what you're saying is.... I should order this now, and it should be here in a week or so? I'm feeling the same thing as someone else earlier posted, I almost need someone who has them to just tell me to go order it right now. I have the money, and I am willing, I just feel with my luck something will go wrong. With how much time I have spent watching reviews, reading through every page on everything to do with this mod/atty, I could damn near make it myself (joking of course). Almost at the point of ripping my hair out trying to decide if I should order or not. :vapor:

I will never tell someone to make a purchase such as this (considering the cost), but I can tell you that I made the purchase. :D LOL

Awesome review, just read through the entire thing. Question, upon ordering it, (1)will it already come with a 12A Fuse? Or will I have to purchase one? Also, (2)is this ready for purchase in your opinion? Or would I be better off waiting a week for the new button or whatever he was planning on adding to it.

1. Yes, it comes with a 12A fuse, as stock.
2. It is ready for shipping, tho in limited quantities. BUT:
a) The shipping cost is $42 currently, via EMS (reaches us in a week).
b) Gus is on the verge of offering Courier shipping as well. Pls wait for his updated info.

$42? Holy mother of God. That is alot. Interested in seeing what he can offer via courier. People need to get their hands in these works of art. The estia is an amazing tank. The kiss and Lord are awesome devices.

Exactly what I was thinking. I'm already loving it, and I haven't even seen one in person. Unfortunately, 42$ is far too much for me to stay interested. If that price gets dropped a bit I would love to order the set, but an extra $40+ on shipping after already spending around 300$ is just out of my price range. :(

The Fatty Tank hasn't been mass produced yet. Gus is bogged up with the Estia's production as it is and couldn't address anything else. There's no ETA on it.

@bce22: Pls check my review again, dear. I had stated that the Fatty Tank will be an optional / additional purchase. Estia will come only with the slim tank out of the box.

Hi Qorax, nice review, it helped me a lot...
I wanted to point out a few things...The one I received is different...it didn't come with a fuze, and it also included 3 hex screws (that fit the 3 holes for the airflow, but they have a little hole pierced through them from top to bottom...I would take a picture, but it won't show up since I don't have a good camera.

Also, Pat (the french reviewer video) uses the 2 small holes on the top of the tank to refill...just life the top cap to the first oring, then fill through one of the holes, then replace oring...one hole for the juice, and the other one lets the air out.

Finally, I wanted to ask if you guys are getting any leaking? If I lay mine on it's side, without closing the air holes, it'll leak, is that normal, or am I doing something wrong?

FWIW, I'm loving this one, except for the leaking part, I have mine on a paps lux and it looks great.

Anyway, could you please confirm if they've changed anything since you posted your review...I would love to know what those hex screws are for...maybe to solve the leaking I'm getting...Thanks

Hi LE, nice to have you here buddy.

Yes, Patrick and many others fill it that way. I, and a few others, don't b'coz we find it a bit of a hassle ~ while removing the top-lid completely makes it easier to address over saturation / flooding.

Tho nothing have changed, I'd believe those hex-screws just replaced the phillips screws (internal air channel plugs) temporarily, since Gus had ran out of them. The reason why the first release was pushed back by 2-3 days.

No, mine don't leak. It doesn't purely b'coz the deck never gets flooded (viz. the fill method I was referring above). It's just like the Aqua, if you don't take care of the pressure when the juice is filled, the fluid could enter the chamber - then seep out thru the air channels.

Congrats on your purchase!

That was my original understanding as well from reading the OP. I'm not disappointed as I'll pick it up in the future.

It was this post that confused me:

Which setups brother? I already have tri-micros in it @ 0.7Ω and and totally floored with the performance. It's the only atty I'm vaping since few months now.

Btw folks, my new "fatty tank" is coming with all your packages tomorrow. It'll have the Gus Logo in the centre of the tank (besides off course the top engravings). I'll post pics tomorrow.

Did I mention how. Much I love this tank? It's been my go to device on my vacation. Doesn't leave my hand and it's working like a champ. Still getting a little flooding during filling but I'll get it down so it doesn't flood at all soon I'm sure.

Thanks for the answer...I'll try rewicking tomorrow...also gonna give it the out and about test. Do you close off the air why in your pocket, or you don't need to?

It is wise to keep it closed while out-n-about.

How to rotate the Tank?

Being snug fit via dual O-rings at both ends the tank section could be a Pita initially to rotate for closing / opening the air-holes.

a) As I stated in my review, the first thing your should do is to apply Vaseline on all moving parts - and twist play with them for a while so that they settle down.

b) For opening / closing the air-holes, kindly 'lift' the top-lid a little (that'll give it enough breathing space) then twist the tank section to your desired position. Once done - press fit the top-lid back.

I've noticed that with time - those O-rings become easy and the tank can be freely rotated (albeit with the top-lid lifted), while initially it could be a tough act.
