Speaking of dogs and Christmas...

My youngest daughter, she's 6, saved up her money to get our dog a Christmas present. We took her to the local pet shop and she was very deliberate about her choices. a few balls, a cupcake chew toy, a few other things... took a good 30 minutes for her to finally decide on the cupcake because "Oscar likes cupcakes!" He has had a few in the past.

So we bring it home and let her wrap it and she hides it in her room. A few days later, Oscar disappears... we call for him a few minutes later and he comes trotting down the hallway with the half wrapped cupcake in his mouth and drops it at her feet and gives it a nudge like he wants to play with her! It was a great moment!

Until she melted down because he found it early and ruined her christmas surprise!

We told her not to worry, he's a dog, he'll never remember and now we know he will love his present! After she calmed down, we rewrapped and and when she was done she said to me "I need you to hide this in the cabinet above the refrigerator so Oscar doesn't ruin Christmas again!"

I'm liking the 30 also.

The one was 2.4 ohms, but as always I was playing with it and popped it near the top. I just unwound a bit and wrapped it around the center post and bam, 2 ohms ;)

I always leave a little extra on the positive side screw for adjustments. I havent popped a coil yet. Have you tried using mesh without oxidizing yet?
