True, good thing I have nothing in the house except cereal, cheese and fruit. Hard to bake that into cookies.

It is a peppermint patty wrapped in cookie dough. Don't know if the recipe is online. It is in my Betty Crocker cook book.

Thank-you Cinder and Halo for putting on this contest. My variety pack should be here on Friday. Now that's pretty good coming from NJ to Northern Ill for first class USPS. Looking forward to trying all the flavors, but Tiki and Malibu Menthol sound right up my alley atm. Can't wait for dat joose.
