950mah at 11.1V are 10.55whOnly a 950mah cell???I'd blow through that in a few hours. For that kind of money I'd rather stick to a dual 18650 mod for now. TC is nice but for the size its not worth it to me at this time. $200 would be better spent on a Yihi 120W SX temp control mod LOL
Has anyone got a new Hana V200 yet, and if so what do you think of it please ?
I've had mine for a week and experienced no issues. I only wish the battery life were a bit better - I get about 6-8 hours before needing a recharge (your usage may vary depending on your vape style). Size is nice - Comparison P4Y IPV4, HM V200, VS RDNA 40, SX Mini "M"

Yes, Holman - it does have the milling marks, although I had to hold it under the light to see them and the buttons turn fairly freely so I agree with others that have said it would be better to just have the up/down indicators marked on the mod instead of the buttons. I've tried to take pictures that show the milling marks, but they aren't coming out - guess I need a better camera than my phone.Free,
I can't tell from the picture but does the surface around the display show Milling Marks i.e. swirls and tool marks? Mine did plus your looks like a nice even black anodizing mine was a dark gray as opposed to black.
By the way your are aware that the battery in the V200 uses connectors so if you get in a bind it is pretty easy to pop in a new battery.

I wasn't aware that it was that easy to replace the battery - thank you for that information. Do they make a bigger battery that would fit in this case?
Maybe a good idea for Hana to just remove the +/- designation all together since there is a setting that can swap the button function depending on right/left handed use.
Good point Retird! Which would also preclude marking on the mod itself.
I wonder why Evolv decided to make the +- buttons reversible? I'm just sitting here running that scenario in my head and it seems to me that left handed or right Plus should be on the left and minus on the right. Just thinking about it it seems to work for me regardless of which hand I hold it in.
Anyway it is hard for me to get excited about the buttons not staying perfectly aligned. For myself a self admitted OCD wack job for some reason the fact that the buttons can rotate just doesn't seem to bother me. "Go-Figure".
Shipping is one of the reasons I don't like Hana Modz. They charge $9.95 for shipping when other vendors give free shipping and they only ship USPS priority 2 day which is $5.25 and no extra insurance. Kinda slimy. Then they want us to pay for shipping back a faulty mod out of the box. I've been going back and forth with their CS to get a replacement screen and they're absolutely clueless. I fixed it myself with my screen and they won't even replace it. I opened a ticket with Evolv and they're sending me a new screen but I didn't buy this mod from them, I bought it from Hana Modz. I don't think I'll be buying anything else from Hana Modz. I've never had a good experience with them.James,
I have one.
Remember they call it pre-production unit. Cosmetically is is not very well finished. It show tooling marks... etc. Mine worked for fifteen minutes and died with an Evolve message "Warranty Service" and while still plugged into my computer started getting hot. The battery uses a connector that is way underrated for the amount of current it needs to handle. Additionally because the battery was getting hot I opened it to disconnect the battery and found the head of one of the board mounting screws rolling around inside the box.
In general IMHO you are paying the same amount of money that you will be paying for a finished (non pre-production) unit. I personally would suggest waiting for their final production unit or look elsewhere.
PS - They wanted me to pay the return shipping for what is essentially an out of box failure.![]()
I've noticed a few DNA200 mods with markings for the power buttons. Hopefully they'll start taking them off.Maybe a good idea for Hana to just remove the +/- designation all together since there is a setting that can swap the button function depending on right/left handed use.
I think that was me. I usually have it on Left and hated that the up and down buttons were reversed, even on my DNA40's. When I opened my Hana v200, I swapped the buttons so the markings were correct for meFeature was added at someone's request. You can switch orientation and up/down now whereas before you switch left/right orientation and the up/down buttons did not switch for wattage adjustment thus the additional option to switch buttons.

I believe good service needs to be praise and bad service needs to be called out. I don't follow companies blindly but I also don't write them off easily.KTM, When I saw you had replied to my post about Hana I didn't expect what I read. When I complain about some of these on "Golden Pedestal Vendors" I usually catch He!!.
When Hana sent me the RMA form I sent them a reply saying how disappointed I was that I had to pay the return postage. They then sent me a note telling me to send them my address (which they already have) so they could send me a "Call Tag" no I have now idea what that is but I assumed it was a shipping label. But as the Gods would have it the next email I got was from their Service Department asking me if I had checked my coil for good connections and if I had tried another Atty and no I have not received the "Call Tag"
Hana Modz is permanently off my Vendor list
And as you I am feeling guilty because Evolv (John) is swapping out my Hana V200 for a Beta Box. So like your display Evolv is biting the bullet for Hana's unprofessional business conduct.![]()

I loved Evolv from their DNA30's but even when they snafu'd the DNA40's, what they did to correct the problem was pretty impressive. I haven't had any issues with my DNA40's (7 of them) so I might be lucky. Now that I've been using the DNA200 and seeing what they do for us enthusiasts made me a true fanboy.
Vaporshark has also earned my respect and business because of their products and service.
This is the 2nd Hana mod I bought and both times I've felt like I needed to take a shower. If other places can sell their products at their MSRP and offer free shipping, why can't they? And if they screw up, why is the shipping cost on the customer? Dealing with their CS, it seems they only respond once a day. So 3 days it took for them to tell me to check that my mod isn't in stealth mode (day 1), then ask if I want to send it in to their tech support team (day 2), then a thank you for updating them that I fixed it but nothing about replacing my screen (which I used from another DNA200 I had). So now I'm out a screen and they won't even respond to my request of replacing the part.
I opened a trouble ticket with Evolv per John's advice. CS got back to me in 19 mins and had a resolution within 1.5 hrs. They're sending me a new screen (2 actually, and a replacement charging board for one of my DNA40's from April that I never bothered them with)
Also, John overnighted a DNA200 board when I posted that one of my resistors was knocked off giving me weird readings. There was a return label in the package so I sent my faulty board back to them and I was happy. A few days later, I get another package from them. It was my old board and it was fixed (with the same bad screen). Thinking it was a mistake on their part, I PM'd John to see if I should return one of the boards and he said nope, enjoy it or pass it on to someone if I don't need it. And that is why I'm a fanboy
*It doesn't hurt that they have the best board on the market.
That would be me who posted
