Almost a week now! And I have only had a drag to see how it tasted, and on day one, 2 analogs when my batts died. All of which I regretted, bad taste and that smell that I am more sensitive to now. I think I'll be having the odd one outside a bar with friends maybe, or in a pinch without my 510 (especially during the olympics here in Vancouver, not sure how security might react to these yet, especially how tight it will be for the events that I am attending) but not enjoying it that much I bet.

And it has been ridiculously easy, even vaping or not smoking at all while my girlfriend puffs on an analog (if I actually venture outside to do so, lol). As long as my batts are charged or my passthrough is close, I have no desire whatsoever to go back to analogs.

I have quit before and even with zyban (which did work for me until I was stupid enough to think that I could just have a couple while drinking) it was never this easy.

I was a smoker for 17 years. January 2nd was my 18th anniversary of being a smoker. It was also the first day I picked up an ecigarette for the first time. Since then I've had two cigarettes, and I can't for the life of me understand the appeal of them anymore. Electronic cigarettes are not only a safer smoking experience, but a far superior one. Those primitive firesticks just can't compare. It's not even close. As for dosage, I have found that my nic dosage keeps going up. But for now at least, I'm okay with that.

Dumped anna probably 6 days ago now.

To anyone reading this, thinking about getting a e-cig, just do it.
Its so worth it. Just do it without even worrying if you'll stay with it.
Because after 4-5 days its almost hard to go back to normal cigs.
I still have packs all around the house and I cringe when I see them.
After just SIX days!

If you've been angry with yourself every cigarette you smoke for a while now, then get an e-cig and be proud of yourself. Its like never quitting, but at the same time you know your feeling more healthy and you aren't disgusted with yourself every time you light up, no more pains in the lungs that make you worry, no more consistent bad breath. You seriously don't miss the cigs.

I found out that I naturally smoked less stink sticks the longer I vaped. Find a mod you'll use and enjoy, and don't force the issue.

I'm down to one cigarette a week now (someone will offer me a new brand or something to try) and I don't enjoy them like I used to.

Yes, your right - don't force the issue! Some of my friends got way too excited and it did not go well for them.

I've quit smoking, and now even vaping. I quit cigs in July or August of 2009, and have not used my pv since early Feb of 2010. I used Snus to help break my ecig habit, which only took about a week. I have been nicotine and tabacco free for almost a month now with no problems as far as cravings go. I was a smoker of 14 years, a pack and a half a day for most of it.
