Is it me that's stupid or if a device " locks you out" and you are a smoker trying to cut down or give up you will just reach for a ciggy. I am told that if I do take in too much nicotine I will start throwing up big time so the only thing I will be reaching for is the toilet bowl.

Will they be acceptable at Starbucks? Will it beam up to the stratosphere if the battery malfunctions? Or, will it sound like a car alarm if you try to over ride the "tooting" feature to call attention to the guilty culprit trying to pull a fast one? Better yet, it should send a signal to the "paddy wagon" to pick up anyone trying to jerry rig it and automatically debit your bank account for the expense. The nanny states will make room for dissenters by releasing a hard core criminal before you get to jail.

LOL, I was joking when I posted, but I think that if it's up to Bloomberg he would rush it through the legislature to implement it.

Not that I would be caught dead buying one of them...
