Hey everyone, I just got some Ultrafire 16340 3.6v protected batteries for my GLV-2 and started using them with Xpress 510 cartomizers as I do not like using regular atomizers. I'll get a new carto out of the pack and no more than a couple minutes later the vapor is so harsh that I can't even vape it. It seems like in only a couple minutes or less these 3.6v batteries are actually burning the e liquid and/or the filler. Before I got these 3.6 batteries I was using 3.0v batts and they do not do this to the cartos but I have to take a much longer "drag". Can someone please help I am very tired of burning up every cartomizer I have and can't keep buying non rechargeable 3.0v Cr123's.

I use 3.7v on my Chuck. When I get a new carto out I'll fill it and after about 5-10 drags, if that, I'll take the cap off and refill it. Seems to me it kind of settles the first time it's filled, after it's filled a second time it can be vaped longer. At 3.7v you will have to refill more often then you would with a stock battery. Tis why I use the rubber capped cartos, once it starts to feel a bit harsh I pop it off and refill.
