Yes, it's a possibility you are od'ing on nicotine with some of those symptoms.
Slow down, take a breath, relax, it's a long war with many battles to fight. You will win some, you will lose some, it's the big picture you have to look at!
I live with chronic pain, I wish I could kick the butts, I really do, but there is just something missing from my vape that I can't seem to find. I am a dual user, I still smoke and I vape at 36mg juice in everything.
BUT I'm not smoking 3-5 packs a day anymore! I'm under a pack a day, sometimes four, sometimes 18, it's just a matter of how mad my back is that day. But it's still better than where I was and I'm good with that.
You will quit smoking and slip up, run into an old friend and have a smoke while catching up maybe? It's alright! I doubt there's anyone on here that hasn't slipped up!
You are doing fine and if you really need a smoke then have one, but don't beat yourself up about it!
Thanks for the advice, and l can relate, l have back pain too

Probably go through 5ml, was smoking a pack and a half a day. 9mg was too low, l found 12mg was better.

So you were fine with 12, then felt sick when you increased it to 16? Go back to 12 then..

I also just want to say, you will likely still have withdrawal in the beginning. Not everyone can switch to vaping and not desperately want a cigarette for a few days (first three days is the hardest).. the key is to vape through it, and use a low enough nicotine content that you can chain vape if you need to in order to get through the initial few quit days.. I had withdrawals for the first three days very very strongly after I made the switch, I literally chain vaped for about two weeks, but the longer I went without a cigarette, the less I wanted one. It took me two weeks to get over it completely and stop wanting one. Then I stopped needing to chain vape. Vaping helps, and it helps a LOT, but it doesn't take away every desire, not at first.. you still have to fight withdrawals..

I just wanted you to know that, because it sounds like you are trying to replace every desire for a cigarette via vaping, and that's not necessarily feasible, since there is more than nicotine in cigarettes. Key is to vape through that desire for a smoke, until you no longer desire a smoke.

I genuinely feel for you - just try to take things one step at a time - giving up smoking isn't easy - God I remember jumping out of bed and walking the streets in the middle of the night to ward off panic attacks when I tried going Cold Turkey around Y2K...you will get there! Well done so far and well done for not giving in!

Again, slow down! You are making this way too hard on yourself!
You are showing anxiety and signs of nicotine overdose!
Throwing up is your body trying to rid itself of the unneeded nicotine, trust me, I know this symptom!
Have a cigarette! Have two if you need, Rome wasn't built in a day and you aren't going to die if you vape and smoke!
Let it happen naturally, do not force this, that's going to make matters worse!
Just go about it one day at a time, but not forcing it! What will happen is you will be smoking one day and while its lit you'll hit your vape, then you'll think "Gee, that cig tastes like crap, why am I smoking it?" From there it's all downhill. But right now you are making this way harder than it needs to be!

Try & get some hydration drinks,,electrolytes!!
I played FB, except for not having cramps, you sound dehydrated.
Cigars, cigarettes, vaping can all result in nico overdose. To have a smoke instead of a vape Will Not prevent an OD of nicotine..
But it can slow it down! I'm a case in point, I start to hurt, I start to fiend nic! I chain vape like a .... when I hurt bad! Then my stomach aches, then I get nausea, then I break down and light up. I take slow, steady, purposeful drags. I slow my heart rate, I settle my stomach, I relax.
NEVER underestimate what pain can do to you!
I was working on a mower two days ago, I had a pair of vise grips welded to a three pound weighted slide hammer. The vise grips broke, the whole mess, under a good load, came down on two of my toes. Both are swollen, but one is starting to turn purplish, I may have broken it, not sure. I'll keep an eye on it. But honestly, I can't really feel the pain.
Between the meds I'm on and how bad my back hurts, that's like a paper cut to me.
Pain is relative, pain changes things.

Nicotine is an interesting compound,, can jack up neural receptor sites when dormant & visa/ versa.
I broke vertebrae in my back when i played ball. Pain went away for years, than in my early 30's came back for blood.
I get the "Big Shot" once a month. Helps somewhat.
Sorry about your accident, just what you didn't need..

I'm sorry for you as well! I don't wish this on anyone, seriously! I did two spinal injections, first lower back, L4-L5 with the crushed/degenerative disc and I was alright.
Second was T-12 where the compression fracture is, (I got the double whammy) I crawled around on my hands and knees for three days. I won't go back again.

It may be hard, but you are definitely getting there. When you get through these days, you will feel so much better.

Do various things in order to relax, lay down more, avoid stress as much as possible.. I found those things helped me get through the worst of it a little better. Listen to nice calming music and stuff. I avoided even the stress of the news for about a week.. just stuck with happy stuff, and looked at the money saved daily and then weekly as my future hope and promise.

I actually kept an account where the money I normally spent on cigarettes would go, and I took my vaping funds out of that, and let what I wasn't spending build up and spent it on things I wanted.. that was my financial incentive which kept me positive in that way.

I also looked forward to breathing again, and the health benefits. I visualize because it helps me, but I just visualized the withdrawals as being poisons leaving my body, and my body adjusting to that change. I visualized it as proof my body was healing, and turned it mentally into a positive.. that was helpful for me as well... on top of that, it's true. You are going through this because of all the poisons in cigarettes leaving your body, and this is your body healing..

Your doing fine, keep calm, and vape on! If I can get through it, so can you. I have faith in you. :)

PS. The way cigarettes are beginning to taste, how harsh they are.. this is what they taste like to a non smoker, and that is what your becoming.. your becoming a non smoker. Be proud of that.

12 mg through that atty could definitely be too nicotine. Vaping so much you get nic sick is a symptom that a little smoking could cut down a lot of vaping, you're not getting all that you crave. What I wish someone had told me is that's fairly normal, but it really doesn't take much smoking to get enough relief. So I didn't stop smoking immediately as I was told I should be able to, but could have dropped it faster than I actually did.

Omg get that looked at, it could be broken. Take care of your self...l would be crying like a baby, redheads have a low threshold. I am learning to take it slow, l also turned down the wattage. Next time l order it will be 12mg not 16mg. If l find it still too strong going to look into getting 0 Nicotine, to lower it, if l can even do that
