time to stock pile worst part is nic only got a shelf life of 2 years
Unfortunately not trueJustin Collins, there's good evidence that unflavored nicquid kept in a freezer can survive for much longer than two years. Flavored e-liquid at room temperature only has a lifetime of six months to a couple of years, depending on whom you want to believe. After that, the flavors start to go funky. Freezing doesn't help flavored liquids: freezing will alter the flavors too.
You might want to stockpile high-strength unflavored nicquid in little glass bottles in your freezer, then DIY as needed. Nicotine dissolved in either PG or VG will not expand when chilled, so glass is safe.
Search these forums for more tips on long-term nicquid storage.
Just thought I would clarify something on here, the first time we shut down was to avoid getting a letter by HC, however this time we have been shut down and it will be permanent. I am taking my ball and going home. The industry has changed alot since I started this and my shut down this time WAS done by HC although it was done differently then other vendors they have shut down.
I do thank those here at ECF and the Canadian vaping community. Oh and to clear up one other missconception, the site that I started for DIY crowd has not been in my control for awhile and to avoid confusion has been suspended in the meantime. If anyone cares I actually am going to travel for awhile once the last orders are sent then go back to writing.
Peace.
James
Totally random and unrelated, but for anyone looking to get this latest disaster off their minds and realize just how insignificant it really is
