I got the tray back in a screwed down. I haven't heard anything from hcigar on the size of those two tiny o-rings. I tried sizing them myself and haven't been able to come up with anything, and I hate to put it back together without changing them out. I have o-rings in my ErlK stash that are just a little bit bigger, so may try and see if those will work, maybe.

All you need it to measure the diameter of the CS (cross section) and the ID (inside diameter).

Once you know the CS diameter you can pick from the list here and choose the correct ID.
metric orings

That site was very popular in the Kayfun days for o-rings.

I measured the CS at .43mm. None there are that small. My measurement could be off just a bit, but the smallest I see there is .66mm.
Those are tiny, I found a few places that make 0.40 mm and 0.45mm but I doubt they would just sell you a few.

This place has 0.50 mm ones, anything with an ID of 1mm or higher has a minimum order quantity of 5 pieces, but I don't know what the shipping is like.
0.50mm CS : O-Rings, AS5688 or Metric, We make getting O-Rings easy!

I can understand that they may not have every single part for every mod available to the consumer. But to not respond to you is just lame. The could at least given you the size (as you requested) so you could attempt to source it for yourself.

A poor reflection on an otherwise good company.

^ This, plus the fact that O-rings are consumables. It's like buying a coffee maker for which filters are unavailable. Every turn of the joint chews up the oring a tiny bit. If attys are meant to be disposable, price should be much lower, no? Lack of documentation is appalling with all devices in this industry. All are treated as a 'flavor of the week', so no parts need be stocked because vapers are just going to move on to the next big deal device. Until they get popular long term, then maybe Fasttech or someone will see a market to source spares. Chinese business philosophy enters in here, for sure. Everyone knows they will be copied before the gadget hits the market, so get in/getout fast is the only game in town.

I really hope you can get it sorted, I love the Inbox and it's a shame to have such a great little squonker leave a bad taste in ones mouth. I wasn't going to buy any more HCigar products after the VT75, but one can't hate on a mod company for a poorly designed board that they used. ;)

If the o-rings on the tube are not split or gouged, then maybe a few wraps of plumbers Teflon tape under each one would improve the seal.

That might be worth a try. I probably won't hear anything back from the o-ring place till Monday. If they don't come up with anything, I'll try that.

The only active discount code at present (that I'm aware of) is LIVIN5, which is 5% off. FT usually has better codes around holidays for 10% off or, sometimes, 15% off.
