Finally just found my coffee pot. :rickroll: Mmmmmmm time for a much needed break. God this place was filthy when you start cleaning. Why don't people know how to clean? This is stuff that is just gross!! Example: spill something, they wiped the door front, NOT under the edge......ever. Yuck! I mean sure I would've cleaned anyway, but this makes the cleaning harder instead of just going through and wiping things down.

Enough of a rant. Ooooooom. Ooooooom. Ooooooom.

Shadow and coffee are a good combo. :)

Hire a cleaning service just for the move-in. It'll be well worth it. They clean EVERYTHING you wouldn't know was there.

Oh criminy. I dunno Dusty....I get a touch of vanilla and coffee cigarillo on the inhale and cigarillo? cigar wrap? on the exhale.

C'mon Hula, stop toying with me. What's the flavour profile of this thing?!

Of course! Silly me. Why didn't I recognize him. Duh.

Howdy, Hula. I'm kickin' it so far today. I've got a few days off from the manly man
gig, so I'm gonna let my feminine side loose try to motivate to do some work
from home. I'm having a hard time avoiding 'messing around' reading and shopping
for toys/juice.

I needs more money to buy more stuff!! And these vendors refuse to knock it off
with the sales! Know whatta mean, chili bean?

As far as the avi, I'm getting POd about some stuff, and it makes me miss having
someone like Reagan in power. I liked Bronze's idea for an avi, and I thought to my
self, I said, "Self: If it's good enough for the Bronze man, it's good enough for me."

I decided by using it, I couldn't state my position any more clearly, and yet, I would
not even have to make a post to do so. It's how I feel, and I'm in a hurry for something
better.

It was a toss up between Reagan and John 'Duke' Wayne. :) They both kicked ....
in different ways.

Gorilla Juice is like Chinese food with MSG. It tastes great at first, I could never vape it too long though. I would be relieved when I finished my clearo of it. I hope you have better staying power with your taste for it.

I'm just getting into banana tobacco flavor since I mixed Bandersnatch with Dragon's Fire. I like it. Not an ADV but I could do a tank of it.

+1 - I had to do that, and I added to it by really messing the place up painting ceilings, doors and walls so there was paint and paint scrapings stuck on counters and floors and sinks. Couldn't manage both the move out cleaning and the move in cleaning in just two weeks...

Move out cleaning? What is this thing you call "move out cleaning"?

I like Cappucino Diablo, so if you hate it, I will trade you for something. What ratio do you order?

I got 70/30 PG/VG at 12mg nic... I think, I'll have to double check when I get home. Its still brand new bottle untouched with a month steep. I'll drip test it and if I don't like it I'm down for a trade.

I once was determined to actually get mine back, and cleaned the :censored: out of my apartment. Then they charged me like 50 dollars cause the oven was "not completely clean" and 35 dollars for cleaning the dryer vent. I just stopped trying. I then viewed the deposit as my get-out-of-cleaning-for-not-so-free card. Hey, what do you expect when you rent a house to a pride of lions, especially when four of them are male cubs? Now I own my place, so I intend to burn it when it is of no more use to me. I might need a monkey for that, handling fire can be tough without thumbs!

My favorite was the last house I rented in L.A. Despite having done things like replace every square inch of carpet in the entire house a month or so before I left, the landlord decided he was going to nickel and dime the entire deposit out of me. There was stuff on there like $30 each to remove wall fixtures that were there when I moved in and $25 for watering the lawn (apparently I was expected to keep coming back and doing this after I left).

Ended up suing the guy out of principal (and since I had pictures of what a total hole the place was when I moved in, compared to when I left), and the judge saw it very much my way. It was really the only time I think I've ever had fun in a courtroom.

I don't know about different state's laws, but I'm pretty sure that's not legal. Normal wear is expected and cannot be the responsibility of the lessee. You could have fought that. Carpet wear, wall soot, oven soot, duct soot, floor wear, are all covered under normal wear. If it's not explicitly agreed upon in a lease, then it's the owner's responsibility.

California has great laws protecting renters. Renters will always have the benefit in a situation like that. Good for you for standing up.

Let me assure you, it cost them much more than 85 dollars to replace their rose bushes when I mowed them over with the rental staff's golf cart the next weekend, I believe the cart also sustained significant damage. I was a young lion at the time and prone to rash vengeance.

I know about Cafe Hon. I saw it on Kitchen Nightmares. The owner looked like a nut, but I think she just got on a big power trip. Popular restauranteurs can get that way fast and they forget who they depend on. She dropped the copyright, I heard.

Yeah Denise is quite the .....

Good evening....Robin the good news is once you've cleaned it you know it will stay that way. It's hard moving in behind someone else...kind of like staying in a hotel room...if I think about it too much it makes me leary. I've got to organize what I want to take for the weekend tonight. Vape supplies I pretty much have figured out...planned ahead and ordered 2 samplers of HHV. The small bottles are much easier to take along. Then I'll save the bottles for future trips. Biggest problem is I haven't started that work out program I've been talking about for weeks and need to find something that fits..a little nicer than what I've been wearing lately:facepalm:
