Believe it or not but I still ONLY have two atty's that have died! <knock on wood> The nova has been absolutely great for me. I still have that thread subscribed to for when I need to try to rebuild them. If I get too frustrated, I might take you up on the offer. :)

Wow, that's awesome Robin. You're getting excellent mileage out of your VN attys. Wanna experiment a little using parts from your spent heads?

I think I'm going to have to get a magnifying something or other. It's getting harder to read the fine print on anything :( I hate getting older. I can't thread a needle anymore.

Have a great evening Dusty.... neither hubby or I slept well last night so I see a future of nap in chair after work, grab a bite to eat then going to bed early:laugh: Hope everyone has a great evening...I need to get some cleaning and laundry done but should have some time to just relax this weekend....sure need it.

Man! I need to do cleaning and laundry myself...and I need a nap too this weekend. I sleep so much better during naps than I do at night. Of course that may have a lot to do with the cat being outside during my naps...and on top of me at night. I LOVE NAP TIME!

Best part about being blind is I don't have to look at myself in the mirror anymore. :)

Take one of your spent VN heads. Cut two pieces of the wick to a length that is a little wider than the width of the slots they rest in. Take the silicone cap and put small notches opposite one another. Best way is to pinch the cap with your fingers and use a pair of scissors to snip off the corners. But be careful...the resultant notch will always be bigger than what you think...so take a smaller cut. You want the notch to be the size of what the two wick pieces are when put together. Now, get yourself a head that you currently use. Pull the silicone cap off. Lay the two loose pieces of wick you cut in the slots and push then down so they lay on top of the coil. As long as the wicks span the coil and protrude to the outside, you're OK. They don't have to drape over. Stubby is fine. Now, place your notched silicone cap back on the head so the notches fit over the top of the loose wicks. The loose wicks will be pinned in yet allow wicking (because of the notches). It will bathe the top of your coil with juice maximizing the area of the coil. Vape away.

I remember when you said to put a wick laid across the coil. So I took a strand from the head that was spent (ripped that sucker apart but good!) and laid it across. I didn't really notice much difference. That silicone thread is a PITA! I can see why you say to use nail clippers. Cutting it with scissors.... slippery little suckers. So I used a thread of the current head and just lopped it over itself and the coil. Still didn't really notice a difference in vaping. I'm back to just using it the way it is :) Works for me. As long as I can vape and the juice has flavor, it wicks good, that's all I ask.

Man, I do like this HA! I might have to place another order sooner rather than later. I just checked my spreadsheet and my last order was recieved on the 16th of January! I'm doing really good staying ahead of the game :D Even if I do run out of the NET's, I have a ton of fruits to vape.

It does work better with cotton.

Gettin ready to make my 2nd order soon and was wondering if HHV is closing for a while for move(when?) and also wife wants a good coffee vape anyone tried caramel capp or java smooth and thoughts...

I have a 30ml bottle of Java Smooth that is now well steeped (4 - 5 weeks old) that I plan to tear into with gusto when I get back home this weekend. I'll give you a report then.

I've also got a 30ml bottle of Caramel Capp coming to me, but I intend to let it steep for a couple of weeks, so that one will be a while yet. I had a 3ml sample of it, and I remember that I liked it a lot, but don't remember enough to give you any kind of review.

It was only cranial flatulence that kept me from re-ordering Caramel Capp on my last two orders.

I remember very well Ms Robin. :)

Also, your loyalty to the VN is admirable. While everyone else is scrambling from device to device, you've stayed with the same one. To be honest, I have been using the VN exclusively myself. I enjoy the CE3's but I ran into a bad batch of them and I'm kind of turned off with them for now. I've rebuilt so many VN heads and modified them so many ways that I have them hitting like freight trains now. And it takes me no more than 2 minutes to rebuild one. Collect your spent attys and send them my way and I'll rebuild them for you the Bronze-way if you don't want to mess with it. Looks like RJ is about ready to rebuild her own.

I started using the Vivi Novas in June of last year and they are all I've used since then. Believe it or not, I've got a VN that was one of the first two I bought, and it still has the original coil head in it and it still works.

I know it's an original because it has the short wicks. All of my newer ones have the long wicks.

Just trying to keep up here gang!!! Huff, puff...

Wheee! My very first order just shipped!! Got Dragons breath, and a 4 pack sampler, along with a 900mAh. Can it be next week now?

Molli, Welcome to the Army! Sounds like you're just starting out in the vape world. I don't think you'll be disappointed in stopping/shopping at HHV. Wish I had found them earlier than I did, but it was part of the learning experience. Haven't tried Dragon's Breath yet. Come back and let us know how it is. Also, let us know if you're having trouble with anything, or have a question about anything. Peeps here are awfully helpful.

Morning kids. Vintage HT to accompany the java this morning.

Received this text at 2am:

"I am really disappointed. Why are you sideing with the bullies?"

Will he ever learn? Nobody was siding with anybody - not at first anyways. Hang in there and deal with it the best you can.

Heavenly Army........ I like! There is a sweetness to it that hits the center of my tongue on the intake and continues on the inhale. All tobacco on the exhale. It is 4 weeks and 2 days old. I should have tried this before placing my order yesterday. It is most definitely a re-order in 2 - 30ml bottles next order. :D

I've got HA in a T3 and I agree with you on the sweetness, but there's some darker notes in there as well - it's only two days steeped. I can see how some have related it to Serendipity, or was it shadow?

Good Evening Army. I finally placed my first order today. My "want to order" vendor list was getting too long LOL
I ordered Heavenly Army, Island Dream, Pineapple Mango Smoothie, Serendipity and Shadow. I'll probably regret only ordering the 6mls.

I don't doubt you'll regret not getting the 30ml samples. I've wanted to try that Pineapple Mango, as we have fresh mangos here, but haven't gotten round to it.

PS mecocina, welcome to our community. Feel free to look around. And do come back to let us know if you liked them.

Robin when I first discovered HHV (The week of Nov 14, 2012) sitting on my couch bored to death with my new Ipad... I was enjoying some very nice fruit juices from another vendor as any tobacco I'd tried to date just wasn't doing it for me. These flavors just turned out to be everything I was missing...and there is no turning back. I also found a couple of other great tobaccos from my other vendor so I'm set. I really like the Nice Pear and Blade for a break. I really shouldn't try to post when I'm tired....I just rattle

I first joined somewhere between you and Robin in Oct. So glad I didn't spend a lot of $$ on juices that didn't taste good - only bought from a couple other venders before HHV.

Good, just got back from dinner with my crew. Here are my four cubs.

We had Outback so it was popular with the boys and pretty tasty!

Beautiful family you have there, Edd!

Good night army, I'm sure all of you, with the exception of Scarf and Chakris, are all cozy and deep in slumber by now. Me, I just got home about half an hour ago. What a long week away from the family!

Going to vape myself to sleep, loading up a tank of DF as I ran out mid week.

See you all tomorrow! Happy weekend to us all!
