No joke Robin! I did some handwashing while we were on vacation, no fun!

Found this yesterday..
Please Note:
Kanger has discontinued the EVOD Atomizer Head (short stem). The Kanger Protank and Kanger EVOD now share the same atomizer head (long stem). They are interchangeable.

The evod head works perfectly (for me) in the KPT. Hoping they made changes to the KPT head.. It will be a while before I need any, so I guess I'll just wait and see.

I used to hand wash clothes when I was a kid. We didn't have a washer or dryer so if I wanted something for school and it wasn't laundromat time..... Jeans are a pain to wring out. ;). Back then it was dimes instead of quarters to use in the machines.

ETA those were the huge bell bottom ones where they covered the whole shoe.

I still remember this in my Grandma's laundry room...yes, she used it all the time. :)

Bridget I saw this on the EVOD heads...I ordered quite a stash so should be fine for awhile and then there will be something new on the market by then. For me personally the EVOD on the EGO is more satisfying that the Vision (must be the bottom coil). The EGO/EVOD is the easiest out and about setup I've ever used.

Good morning, Army!

I personally prefer the longer stem heads for the Protanks, than the shorter stemmed Evod heads. Those tiny stems were a pain to grab and twist off when rebuilding. :p

I agree, but more because I feel like I flood the little evod attys way to easy. I will say that since they "redesigned" the Protank I have had nothing but issues. My old base was screwed up so I had to buy a new protank and now unless everything is just perfect I have mad airflow issues. I havent had a chance to read through the forums to see if others are having the problem, but Im getting to the point where if this continues then Protanks will be a thing of the past for me...and I hate to say that because I have LOVED my protanks up till now.

I have had many theories on what the problem is but I have been able to rule those out. Right now the problem seems to be either the base or the actual atomizers (I have tried many atomizers and it seems to be hit or miss).

Dear Kanger, The protank was working fine, there was no need to fix it ARGH!!!!!

Good evening, Army:)! Especially thinking of Hula's day today -

Iowa Gal, I'm so sorry to hear that your dad is ailing; keep us posted; I will keep you both in my thoughts.
Bridget, I'm also hoping that your grandma's condition improves; it's good that you know how proud of and impressed by you she is.
Congratulations on your momentous week, RJ:toast:! You and Chak should feel very proud of doing so right by your kids. We really have some outstanding parents in the Army!
That ProVari-defending date sounds like one cool cat, Lion. Promise it'll be my only nudge, but she sounds worthy of a second night on the town with you...
As long as you also know a good spot to go in a pinch, you're right that a great vet is worth the travel, Slim, especially with a pooch like Diesel who likes the ride (my Penny loves the car; Fitzy, um, weak stomach...real weak:p). Cool that you made it to that vape expo, after all, and had a lot of fun:). Are you eying something new after selling that e-pipe?
Dale, you've really gotta come on back here to help us out defending our beloved banana-free nectar when some of these folks start up:p!
Audit blech behind you yet, Huntsman Queen Hula? I've got a Huntsman inferiority complex since I heard about your 400ml, but then I'm not the Queen
bow_down_wave-967.gif
.
Great to see you again, DJ Skelator! You do sound like one busy bee; I hope your DW is at least fueling you up with some good English grub!
I walked WAY too much for my foot and Achilles tendon yesterday, but it felt good to volunteer with a big Echo Park clean-up and to be out in the sunshine. Boy, I haven't been getting nearly enough of that for way too long...

Mmm Mmm good Monday vapes to all :vapor:!

LOFLMMFAO!!!
Great pic!

And thanks for the compliment. PS sunshine = Vitamin D (in proper doses guards against cancer) PSS - vaping Huntsman as I type - no naners here!!! (nearly 200 ml stocked up: naner, naner :p)

Hey guys thanks for all of the positive thoughts and prayers. It will be a long week of many tests to determine exactly what we're dealing with. Good news is they an manage my dad's pain in the hospital and both he and my mother are getting some much needed rest.

Glad to hear they are both getting some needed rest.

Becky I traded the Pipe for a Noble One. I wanted to give a hybrid some practice before my Richman Hybrid pre order gets here :)

Ok, you got me on that one. What's a Noble One? too lazy to google.

Heck yeah man. Are you on fb? Are we friends I want to see pics and thoughts.

Dude, check your https://www.facebook.com/groups/hhvarmy/doc/142408499267942/ file! ;)

I never steeped any of the Litehouse or Gold, and instead sold them in the classies in like 2 minutes. I used to like Bounty Hunter in a carto, but when I started using clearos I didn't anymore. That was sold in the classies as well.

I have to try Huntsman again based on your rave reviews. I only vaped a 3ml sample a long time ago and would be curious about ordering it with extra extract and giving it a long steep. And I like bananas, so that wouldn't necessarily be a problem. :)

I don't ever get banana with my Huntsman, but that's my go.

If you like Dark Horse then you'll LOVE Huntsman. Now go tell Heather about your bananas and I'm sure she'll get the correct Huntsman out to you. If she doesn't then I will. Bananas indeed.......Hmph

Ya'll and me too...
@ DavidOH, It may be a mistake on HHV, it happens, ya know. They have hundreds of orders going out round the clock... No disrespect for our beloved providers. ^_^

Check the heads that you're using. The original Protank heads had the little beveled plugs all the way at the bottom (the little metal plug all the way at the bottom). The Evods and later series went with a "straight" design and I found those too restrictive if used on the Protanks. Check the links out below and look at the pictures where they are standing. You will see the difference all the way at the bottom.

Protank: $8.67 X10 Protank Atomizer Coil Heads (10-Pack) 10-pack - 2.4

Evod: $4.09 EVOD Electronic Cigarettes Atomizer Heating Core (5-Pack) 5-pack - 1.8

General, you got your library card with you? I would do more single post, but let me ask ya'll this: Would you like to see that avatar that many times all in a row?

I used to hand wash clothes when I was a kid. We didn't have a washer or dryer so if I wanted something for school and it wasn't laundromat time..... Jeans are a pain to wring out. ;). Back then it was dimes instead of quarters to use in the machines.

ETA those were the huge bell bottom ones where they covered the whole shoe.

My earliest memories of a washing machine was this huge porcelain covered tank with some kind of agitator device in at the bottom. We had to add water manually and let it drain out the bottom(?) On top of that was mount with two rolling pins and a small shelf where you fed your clothes (and possibly your fingers) into the rollers to squeeze out the excess water. No spin cycle here! Add clean water to rinse once or twice if needed.

Also, had a few hip-hugger, bell-bottom jeans too. Didn't get into the beads and flowers, though. Just a tad too young for that era.

I still remember this in my Grandma's laundry room...yes, she used it all the time. :)

Yup, me too. I think mom also had one hangin' round. :)

I agree. Novas are all right, but I like my T3s, EVODs and ProTanks better. Not to mention my Vmod, fav!!! Dang thing is indestructible! :thumb:

Jury's still out on mine. Haven't had to rebuild, yet.

Hey Fran, there you are! Welcome back. About the "mad airflow issues". Have you checked that the beauty-ring thread cover tight against the bottom of the tank and not screwed down tight on the eGo battery? You can tell if you hold your setup vertically in front of you and look between the tank and the thread cover. If you see a horizontal line of light there, unscrew the cover back up snug against the tank.

Fran, Kanger seems to be in true form. I've never seen more quirks from one vendor. They start out great and then get all wonky. Goes way back to their T2's and every model since. I decided to pick up a mini protank and it has been great. I'm just wondering when it will turn squirrely on me.

After 8th months, my Novas are starting to get squirrely. Can you really ask for more though? ;)

 How could you not?!, with some of the juices you've been vaping? I positively detest the "stock" coil setups of the ProTanks. I rebuilt all 10 of the "spare" heads that I got in the co-op this last weekend.

Dust...are the mini protank heads the same as the regular protank? What do you do to yours? The stock head that came with my mini has been hitting like a freight train. But then it is new and it's a Kanger. :)

I rebuild the heads when I get them. I find the stock heads choke, and I start to get an "off" taste from them. I've noticed this particularly with the NET's. Some folks take off those extra flavour wicks or what have you. I just prefer to rebuild them with 3mm wick and 32 gauge.
