You'll still ruin the seal between the top of the silicone and the metal cap. juice could flow right down the center air tube or out the drip tip, and who knows how it would affect airflow otherwise? It's not just about spacing, it's about the seal. Follow?

I'm not sure we're talking about the same thing. I think you should hop in the car and drive over and show me. :)

We constantly tell each other what are favorites are but what do you all prefer to vape with? LR, SR? CARTOS, tanks, carto tanks, clearos such as ce3s etc...
Personally I use only polypro tanks PR Pyrex tanks with LR cartos. Have Vivi novas but don't use em much. What's your preferred choice?

I mostly drip with 510 SR atty's at home and use Smok 1.7 ohm XL cartos. I rarely use the mini novas and clearos. They mute the flavor too much for my liking. I have a couple juices that I'll use them, though.

Lol, you just don't want to make that silicone cap shorter. It will leak at the top. Maybe you should get in the car and drive over so I can show you. :D

Tried my 12 mg 20/80 shadowfax today after letting it sit for 24 hours with the cap off and it's a hard flavor to explain. I like it but not sure why I like it since it's not like anything I would ever order.

It has a very light sweet taste to it and is definitely a tobacco flavor since I'm getting a grassy (maybe not the right word) taste from it. I've only smoked about .5ml but I do enjoy it more with every puff. Looking forward to see what steeping does with this flavor, hoping it brings the sweetness out more.

Overall I do enjoy it but it's not what I expected, not saying that that's a bad thing though

Funny about the bacon. I never tried it. However, there was a guy, several weeks ago that was going on and on about loving one called Crispy Bacon. I don't recall which vendor he got it from. My motto for food was always either chocolate or bacon makes everything taste better, so.....

Chakris - I looked up that Crispy Bacon juice, that guy was raving about. It was from JuicyVapor.

Tasted like powdered sugar donuts to me, at first. After steeping the vanilla comes out more and blends more with the tobacco. Much nicer.

Also anyone try the Butter Rum candy flavor? The website says it taste like candy but when I smell it, all I can smell is Rum?

I'm too scared to try it, don't want it to mess up my palate till it steeps

Vape it! No steep required past the 2 day cap off. It IS rummy though. One of my only non-tobacco flavors I like.

Well, it's official: I'm an idiot. I had to go to Houston today (yes, today dammit) on business. And I forgot my laptop.

So I'm reading this thread on Tapatalk so I can't "like" any posts. Otherwise, each of you would have gotten a million likes from me.

Wanda, I think you're seeing what a great group we have here.

Hula, your "shower" post was priceless mainly because it is so true.

I used to put a small "v" notch in the caps. Sometimes they would twist out of place. I quit doing it only because I couldn't find the need to do it at all. Even with 3mm wick, I don't have a draw problem.

I just started coiling two- 2mm wicks overlapping only through the coil for the Princess. She is a chain vapor and was getting burnt hits sometimes. That seems to be working pretty well and notching the cap is certainly not necessary with only 2mm wick coming out the sides.

Such a big difference in what we all vape. Very interesting! I only asked because we all vape the same basic stuff and I constantly wanna try new things. I always look for the easiest, least troublesome products. Flavor is very important especially with the best juices.

Buggs, I use the Vapage Silo bottom feed carto, 1.8 ohm with the VMOD. They are great because NO DRY HITS. I tried the regular atties and just could not get my squonk-to-vape ratio down so kept getting that awful mettalic-dry hit. I put about 30 mls through the first one before I replaced it. I only had to replace it because I accidentally dry-burned it. It seems like they will last a long, long time.

Strat - do you have to use proprietary atty's and cartos with the vmod? I've been interested in bottom feeders and was just looking at the vmod, since you mentioned it.

I would also like to know this.

ETA thank you Strat.

Thanks for the info. Since I use 100% VG juice, I'm leary of it, then. Harder on atty's and cartos and proprietary equipment prices might be too much for me to handle.

I use eGo's, Spinners and VMOD. They are all topped by either Vivi Nova/Stardust with 1.8 ohm heads, Smoktech DCTs with 1.7 ohm single coil carto, and Silo 1.8 ohm bottom feed carto with the VMOD.

Buggs, I vape Malty Toffee (30/70) in my VMOD which is the thickest liquid I have ever used. Wifey vapes Mocha Java Smooth, 100% VG in hers. No problem at all!
