OK..hubby is a big deer hunter....it's first season here and he was in southern Iowa for the weekend...yesterday was terribly foggy..they decided not ro hunt, it wasn't safe. 5 people were shot yesterday during the fog..I don't get it. I do realize how important hunting is to my hubby but when you can't see across the street you sure as hell shouldn't be shooting a damn gun.

I prefer venison over human anyway. Put the gun back in the rack until the fog clears.

Sheesh, I'm in that 3.0 - 3.2 range..even with high resistance attys. But I do have a pulse width modulation mod. I always worry because 3.0 is as low as I can go on my mod. The next step is to put a chiller on it.

"a chiller", pretty funny! You know, I've been seeing really high ohm replacement atty's for the vivi's and other high ohm delivery devices being offered at some vendors. 4, 5 and maybe higher ohm. Heck, you might be able to get the heat down to -1. LOL!

Buggs...thanks.. Our oldest son has an eight year old boy and 20 month old little girl. We get to see them pretty often as they are within a couple hours drive but this is my daughter's first and we are very close so I just can't explain how awesome it is. You'll soon tire of me talking about my grandkids as they are certainly the light of my life. You neighborhood does sound perfect for a family with small children.

I still like my Premium 100 kit. Definitely not for chain vaping, but for socializing and public viewing, it's great, for me. It's what I use when driving, as well. I also like holding it in my fingers when I'm at the keyboard, working remotely on a system problem -- that's a weird mental thing, I know.

xx pm sent...Bronze you are right we are in opposite directions and I'm loving it:laugh: Yeah I learned my lesson and will not be that stupid again.

That's good. I know, for me, it took 6 months to a year to get fully recovered after my surgery. Even though, I felt great and went back to work in record time of 2 weeks, I still had to be a bit careful and didn't get back to full energy for quite awhile.

Could not agree more with you Pappy. My days are long over trying to "prove" myself. If I'm not cut for it, then oh well. Always liked Dirty Harry's quote.."A man has got to know his limitations."

I hang out on motorcycle forums also. The same mentality exists there, but it's even worse. Guys whip out their keyboards and duel each other to the death over the tiniest differences in two bikes on a spec sheet. And other guys crashing their bikes and wearing it like a badge of honor. Funny, but I thought the point of riding was to have fun and NOT crash.

I am with you, Bronze, just a tad warmer. I always see people pushing VV. I have a few but I am perfectly happy with a plain-old eGo at 3.3v with a 1.8 ohm Atty.

I'm a nerdy engineer...I always have my trusty ruler with me. And thick glasses for measuring down to the millimeter. You know, if they wanted to get down to the meat of the matter.

I keep a caliper and SI calculator near me at all times. I don't like guessing. How nerdy am I RJ?

I always carry a tape measure in my purse, love gadgets and own a bunch (even calipers) and have the Swiss Army Knife app installed on my 'droid - I'm right in there with you guys.

Oh that will definitely be awesome. I've lived near and also far from my gk's. Near is better. When, in grade school and part of jr high, mine lived only a couple blocks away. Now, that was heaven. I enjoyed them and all their friends. It was a grand time of my life. My oldest graduated from ASU this spring and is working on her career, now.

They are just jealous. You are a fine looking specimen of the male species.

Okay, folks. This is a dumb pic of me - blurry as heck. I had just gotten back from running my first 5K last year. I sent it to a friend to prove I lived through it.
