6 miles a day?? You're a machine!! I love the elliptical, 2nd only to running outside.

Why do women love the elliptical? I hate it. I can't get off that thing fast enough. Hate, hate, hate. I don't mind the treadmill. I'd rather do 5 miles on the treadmill than 2 on the elliptical.

Bridget this is an annual family outing for my hubbys family (one of 11 kids) there are about 70 of us in total this year. It's a blast, there are 3 boats and we all bring some of the food. Tonight hubby and I made about 8 regular batches of sausage gravy, tomorrow night I'll bake around 100 biscuits (just the Pillsbury kind) and I also make a huge crockpot full of a hamburger/baked bean dish I make and we bring about 10 dozen ears of corn...that's our portion of the food for the weekend. Everyone brings lunch stuff , fruit and breakfast stuff for Fri and Sat. and meat to grill Sat evening. I'm rambling due to being tired..but am very proud of myself...actually very organized with the packing this year..hubby was even impressed.

LOL - I do try for 24-30 miles per week. I find it (well....at least the first half mile) very therapeutic with my mindless disco and trance music on the headphones :D After that, its pure bloody mindedness that I'm gonna do it or else. I have a horrible fear of becoming Mrs. Big Knickers Jelly Buns.

Enjoy your camping and I hope the weather is wonderful for you!

We are camping this weekend also, so I have been packing all evening too. We use a camper tho, so I just throw it all in.. No roughing it here..

read post above Pappy - fear of very large drawers and wobbling every time the car or bus goes over a bump. Ewww - Like Bridget also mentioned it's smooth and rhythmical and no pounding, ....oh, you naughty boy what were YOU thinking) and some of us really enjoy that because we have...

......Bad Knees - now what did you think I was going to say young man?

The elliptical is smooth and rhythmic, no pounding.. ;)

Good morning, Army:)! Missed the tune request from Papaw, but better late than never -

And about that Huntsman, Ice -

:p

Despite those malfunctioning taste buds;), how's your vacation going, Ice? Sleep with one eye open:evil:...
Great weekends on the way for the Army - A MARRIAGE PROPOSAL for MrPicC, camping trips for Iowa Gal and Bridget, anyone else with exciting plans?
ALL my best to April and the Lion in sorting things out in your relationships; really nothing trickier than that, and I'm sure not one to advise. But you both know yourselves very well, and I know you'll make the right decision. Your attitude about it is especially terrific, Lion. Wish I could say no regrets like you can :violin:. Glad that your two girls have come home to you, April!
Slim, my only reaction to PG is that my face does it's uncanny impression of a ripe tomato when I have too much of it, no mouth soreness. But, as RJ said, I have heard that that's a symptom for others; hope maybe a switch to VG does the trick for your GF. And enjoy your new kayfun:).
You can go ahead and be honest about your impressions of Huntsman, Bridget and David...don't be afraid...

(Just for Mr. Scarycamera)

Still have a migraine (ugh) hanging on, so I'm tossing a few multi-quotes, but I sure hope you all enjoy your day!

Tremendously tasty Thursday vapes to all :vapor:!

Good Morning Dusty and Becky :)

Going to be another power washing day. Mr. Robin was impressed with that disk thing, Dusty. I'm not going to get one but maybe in the future? *crossing fingers*

My power-washer is out for delivery. Going to have to find something to test it on this evening.. :)

   I would have expected that from RJ, not you!

I thought it, and couldn't help myself!

So how long do you normanly leave Huntsman to steep? I have a 30ml I got on 6/26. I mark the bottles when I get them.

Mine was delivered way after that, and I like it. Go for it!

It's supposed to rain most of the day tomorrow, but Sat and Sun look to be beautiful, highs only around 90. Kids are going to white water on Friday so they won't be joining us until Friday evening. We leave tonight. :)

Hi David, did you take the lids off a couple of days to evaporate any alcohol, and shake occasionally? If so, go for it!

Yup did that. Like DF I didn't care for it when I got it. But the color is much darker and it is starting to smell good. Guest I need to get a new coil in my rba and give it another try. But that's for later time to go put in another 12/14hr. and 300+ mile day.
