I've been going 100% VG, at 18mg. My Legend is 100% VG, 24mg. I was a 2 pack per day Newport 100's smoker for almost 20 years. My coughs still show shards of fiberglass in the right lighting, I think.. just speculation haha!

Started smoking at the ripe old age of 16 so yeah...I smoked and was an athlete, even a runner (the mile) on the track team!
