We have lots of carto users here Amy. Check in with Smitty and MP on the hardware thread too. Buggsy is a big carto user too and knows her stuff.
Oh, I clean and dry burn often. I should have said the heads were 7 weeks old. lol They were still firing ok but now I was getting an off taste where I normally didn't.
So I swapped the heads out for fresh ones. But I haven't given up on the original heads. I soaked them real good in ETOH after a good dry burn and rinse. The coils look brand spanking new. I'll swap them back in when it's time to clean again and see if that brought them back to life.
The CAT is a month old now. I didn't say it tastes bad. Just maybe not quite what I was expecting. That's why I'm wrapping my head around it. That, and I only puffed on it for a short while. Brand new head. I'm giving it some time. I have a hunch that the true flavor will come out after I run a tank through.

Have one going now with a Phiniac tank. Have 2 more in there little baggies. first 2 wore out pretty quickly. Mine are Boge standards and taste kinda muted.
I know Strat loves the DCT 1.5 dual coil cartos. His very favorite delivery device.

That was very nice of ProVape to do that for Robin. I had a couple correspondence with ProVape while working Robin's problem and they were very good to work with. Definitely a selling point. In my case, I was simply getting tired of messing with the Chinese junk. ProVari is expensive but they provide a high level of comfort. Thanks IA.
I hadn't even considered that when answering Amy, earlier. I was thinking she couldn't even get it started. But, you are right, they can get distorted when punching. I ruined about 3 of them and badly distorted one before getting the hang of punching cartos.

caramel cappuccino is awesome! It is one of only two coffee type vapes that I enjoy...It reminds me of a caramel frappe. It is sweet but not overly sweet and creamy...YUM!

He is well. Ramping up his tribute band will obviously be his second priority, Laura is #1 of course. He has fallen in love with the Legacy mechanical mod with the aforementioned carto on top. I can attest to the Legacy being a very beautiful and substantial mod.
