Many of us posted pix like that. And you would ask now because just yesterday I was weeding out my pictures and the ones showing the age differences was one of them. I thought, "No one will want to see these again".
The day before I saw that post I was thinking of doing that very thing. I find it to be very informative as well as helpful to us army newcomers

Alas, I am about 5 hours away (which is doable since I used to go to the International Gift Show at Jacob Javits every year) but my hubby does not want to go to NYC. Why? Not too sure. Told him (when I lived near there) that I went every weekend. Still, he will not budge on this at all. And I am a chicken. Hate driving by myself

I'm helping a guy reverse engineer a dust collector (along with some other stuff) so weekends are likely in my near future.

Tell him there's moose in NYC and to bring his rifle. When he finds out there are no moose, tell him there are plenty of other things to shoot in NYC.

EDIT: I saw you are engineering a dust collector. What say you I command my P.E. to replace you for the weekend and you would be free to go? With what we pay that guy he will do it. He is applying for his license in NC as we speak. He is a Mechanical Engineering Grad from UVa and has very hands on experience working for me. I can vouch for his qualifications....
I bet we could talk the Monkey into joining us too....Tennessee is not that far away! I bet we could even get Dusty to travel south and make it five.

That is right, I forgot about his majesty the Cuomo. I think he is "permitted" to hunt with seven bullets. I bet his security detail has more than that in their magazines...
I almost went to see Scarfy last fall. I had a business trip planned to a place near Melbourne. Scarfy is just a little bit north of Melbourne. Unfortunately, the biz trip got cancelled.
Why would you need to do that? All the tables and other pieces of furniture in my house are dust collectors. I swear I could put my coffee table in my woodshop and all the sawdust would be magically drawn to it.
I just ordered 90mls of CAT. Need some future steepers. One of the bottles is 100% VG; the other two 70/30 like my current.

Whatever. That is a good problem for them to have. They can always add another to the staff, from what GT says, they have the room now.
We must own the same kind of furniture. I am still cleaning my garage from a large project several years ago.
