We're always quick to hammer a vendor when they do something wrong. I want to take this opportunity to praise a vendor who did something right. I recently bought a YJ Lavatube from Tropical Vapors. Turns out this is a poorly designed PV (frequency way too low...33Hz...thanks for digging up the info Xfoo). I wont get into the details here (I'll do it on the hardware thread later), but it simply does not work properly even though the power output is dead nuts accurate. I contacted Tropical Vapors (Tom) and explained the problem. He was in agreement and offered to refund me in full. I told him if it was cheaper for him, he could keep my money and send me a VAMO instead. The VAMO lists at $12 more than the LT I purchased. He agreed. So it looks like I will get a chance to walk out on my porch and wave my VAMO too!

Whenever everything starts to taste the same, or not at all, I just load up a good strong mint ( BladeRunner or Atomic Grasshopper) and slap a 1.5 LR atty on my REOSmini and work that for a day or so. Seems to work for me....

I have a theory on why this thread is not moving as quickly as it used to. We now have many other threads and quite a few get posted to. Before, we only had this one thread where all the posts used to go. Now it is scattered about. I'm not complaining, just an observation as I was looking at the other threads and seeing new names post in them. People are finding us, just not posting in this one.

I like having company come over. Should we serve food or something?

Back to Nice Pear today in the mini nova. I need to give these fruits some attention once in a while.

PapawBrett, I do something like that too - I have this one juice from Mt. Baker Vapor called Venum, I think I've mentioned it on here before, so sorry if I'm repeating myself - anyway, it's a combination of all MBV's cinnamon flavors plus a shot of menthol. Right now it's the only juice that my buds register any taste at all! Usually, this stuff melts fillings and bridgework, but tonight all I'm getting is a light menthol and slight tingle on my palate! Guess all I need is some time...
