Out of curiosity I wanted to gauge how much money I've spent at HHV since I discovered them. Since discovering them on 12/11/12 I have placed ten orders for a grand total of $389.47! Ha! I think I have a problem...

On the plus side though, I was spending about $200/month on cigarettes and HHV is what finally got me fully committed to vaping and off of cigs completely, so eventually I might be on the plus side? I did invest a ton of money on trial/error juices and gear getting into vaping. Wish I woulda found HHV sooner, but oh well, happy I got here eventually!

Robino sent me a spreadsheet she uses to track costs of vaping against what she was spending on cigarettes. I have started an account in my check book program just for this purpose. I am thinking I will adapt the spreadsheet. It is really simpler.

Good grief, it's been a heck of a month. Missed y'all! Glad to be back. Serious Heather's love going on in this house...between critical illness and school and life both sweetie and I have been chugging through old favorites, not really trying anything new....broke open a bottle of GA Peach Tobacco and CAT this weekend and WOW! They've been steeping there for over a month just because I haven't really had the time to properly try them since I dripped them the day they came. Good stuff. I'm finding lately that I'm more of a tobacco girl at the moment. I'm still a Tribeca junkie, but I find that the HHV NETs are really soothing...I've been needing that! Glad to be back "around" and hope to not fall off the earth again.

Amy, if you hadn't said you were going to be busy last time you checked in I was going to put an APB out for you. Welcome back. How is your MIL?

A question for everyone.
What system do you use to keep up with what juice flavor is in which cartomizer, clearomizer or tank?

I have been marking a piece of tape and sticking it on each one. I also have started using different colored clearomizers for each flavor.

I use masking tape as well, got about ten flavors in different tanks ATM!!! I like to switch a lot, plus I do some comparisons of tobbies and other similar flavors. ;)

I spent a little over 10 grand in total on ecig related products. I just wish I could have gotten some of my money back on those early purchases like the ecig look a like's from gas stations which I used heavily before I discovered ECF. It was averaging me $2/ea pre-filled carto! Naturally, that's better than $6/pack of poison analogs, but still stung.

After educating myself on APVs one could say I experienced major buyers' remorse for dealing with companies like Blu, V4L, Greensmoke, and Njoy. Hindsight is 20/20 but I still have a special place in my heart for Blu because had my woman not brought home a kit instead of a carton I wouldn't be here talking about it today.

Did you say 10 GRAND?! Dude, I've been vaping for almost 3 years, and I'm nowhere close to that number. What the hell have you been buying? Gold Provaris' by the dozen?!

Easy there George. Just illustrating the fact that in order to accomidate a 3 pack a day habit nowadays, one almost has to be rich!

You really lost me on that one there, RHP! I'll say to you what I say to my little one.. let the thought form fully in your head before the words come out of your mouth. In your case, through your fingers on the keyboard. :)

George is easy goin'. :) Just explain' Dusty's confusion.

I'm afraid to calculate what I spent on smokes but I will. 1.5 PAD x 40 years. But then the first pack I bought was 38 cents. :)

Figure 21,900 packs (Good God!) x $2.75 avg each = $60,225 (Good God!) Or more realistic, if I adjust for inflation and use "today's" dollars it would be $98,550 (Good God!)

You have me beat, they were 99 cents a pack when I got into the game. I should have dropped out when the prices went up exponentially, and then again when the gov't forced all cigarette manufact to convert to Fire Safe Cigarette paper formulas which made everything taste like garbage. Ultimately, I should have quit cigarettes around age 14 when I realized my "cold" seemed to improve ten-fold after smoking a cig. At the time I was comfortable with smoking only a few cigarettes a month, and actually got a "buzz" off them. Oh well, as they say, live and learn. Keyword -- live.
