I just pretty much follow a recipe. The only thing I do different each time is a different wine. I use whatever I have in the house. We don't drink wine so it's whatever gets left here. Open a bottle and hope its a twist top. LOL. I will eventually have to buy some very small bottles to have on hand for cooking with.
I watched so much basketball this week my eyeballs are hanging out, and there's plenty more to go. I love March.
