The quotes got flipflopped. I will have to get some Legend then :?:

Legend got booted for my #2 spot by Dragon's Fire. Legend is my #3. Nothing comes close to my Serendipity though. I hope you like Legend! It used to be one hot juice around these parts when it was called Gandalf. I remember when I first came here all I saw was Gandalf this and Gandalf that.

mmmm...Serendipity...

I guess I better head to bed myself and get bed head. My son was asleep when I came home and is still there. He may be up soon. haha Goodnight Army!

OK! Been in gorilla mode this evening. Reloaded the laptop with the latest Linux Ubuntu 12.10 operating system. Most tweaks have been performed and I am up and running as usual. Sure beats paying $100 for the latest Windows version and it is SO much more secure. No need for any virus software and no bloat-ware that usually comes with Windows. It is also free and comes with everything you could need for a basic operating system. It has a full office program, LibreOffice, plus Firefox & Thunderbird. Thousands of free applications also.

I guess you could say I am a salesman for Ubuntu. I have been using it for 99% of my computing since 2008.

Did I mention it is free?

Check it out sometime: Meet Ubuntu | Ubuntu

Well, I'm having a very difficult time walking past my Dragon's Fire closet:unsure:. It's only a week into steeping, but since I've yet to even try it, I'm champing at the bit. Gosh, I really do get swallowed up in that music game, but the folks 'round here do seem to be off enjoying some Friday cocktails, perhaps:D. That really was weird about the chicken and biscuits song, RJ. So you were gonna put that up even had Papaw not mentioned it:blink:? I've always been tickled by coincidences like that. for not catching your "Pink Panther" allusion, 73. I just adore Peter Sellers. I've seen "Dr. Strangelove" (to lazy for the whole title) a silly number of times. Iowa Gal, my fingers are crossed for you to get everything sorted out; and HA-sort-of-sweet dreams to you, RJ, and anyone else who may have popped up above me with a g'night for the thread!

My children roll their eyes when I talk about the Pink Panther movies. They have had to endure my watching them over the years. Now that 2 of 3 have married and moved on I stilI make them endure my memories. I have all but "A Shot In the Dark" which was the first in the series. They were even more funnier when I was smoking other stuff, way back when. Of course everything was funny then. "The Party" was another funny Sellars movie.

"Does your dog bite?" (see earlier post)

A week into steeping Df? No one will arrest you if you try that stuff. Go for it.

I'm thinking I might have to expand my NET horizon. Is Huntsman sweet at all? I think I need some sweetness.

In my opinion, there's a touch of sweetness in all HHV's NET's (that might just be my 50/50 VG/PG talking though. Huntsman and Darkhorse probably the two least sweet, so if you're looking for sweet they prolly won't do for you. However, if you're in the mood or have a strong craving for an analog, these are the best two to go to.

Hope that helps, Robin. :D

EDIT: ... and of course, Hula may be right too. See my comment about analog cravings - in a pub that'd be where I'd have Huntsman at hand. :toast:

Just ordered a 50 of Sludge, to go with the 50 of Legend I just get yesterday.

I predict that Sludge will undergo a surge of popularity, and soon. I thought that of Shadow, DF, PB, and HA. Add in a renewed interest in Legend, when mixed with Sludge. Just wait. I'm not wrong. :)

Sludge really is amazing. I think it just scares people. But if you let it steep 3-4 weeks, it's so smooth and flavorful it should be a crime.

Huntsman is still my number 1. But Sludge is right up there.

When do you start your new job CT?

Hey RJ! I start the new job Monday. Next week I will be at home, setting up equipment, onboarding paperwork, online training, webinars, etc. Then the following week I will be in Philadelphia at HQ for face to face training and evaluation. Then I start the job sometime after that, travelling mostly in the great state of Iowa, and some in SW Illinois, Moline and Peoria I was told. The nicest thing about the job is not the increased pay, but the fact that I won't be spending dozens of hours per week stuck in airports waiting for flights. Instead I'll be driving no more than 2 or 3 hours to various sites, and even less to some of my closer sites (I have several in Cedar Rapids, several in Iowa City a mere half hour drive, Waterloo, Davenport, Dubuque, Des Moines...). I SHOULD be home an extra night or two per week and will have more time watching my kids grow up! I'm stoked about that of course.

Thanks for asking!

Best way I can put it is that it has just enough sweetness. It's not really sweet. But it's not dry either. It has an almost Hazelnut taste to it (that level of sweetness anyway).

Like I said a few pages back: try it. And if it's well steeped when you try it, don't be surprised when you find yourself ordering a few 50s of it. ;)

"That is not my dog."

Love that part and those movies. I used to watch anything Peter Sellers and especially the Clouseau movies over and over with my dad when I was growing up. Such fond memories those often quotes lines evoke in me!

Has anybody ordered a T-shirt yet? I'm thinking of picking one up my next order. I really like the darker green with the dark writing.

I did and so did MrPicC, he also got one for his GF. I don't know which I got in my order, but at the time they only had one color, I think. I got that in a bigger size than I ever bought in the States too. It's not the .... that's growin' though - it's the pot in front! Too many Chang and too much good food, I guess...
