I had a silver bullet for the longest time. Even got the extension to use it with the Kick when they first came out with it. Sold it eventually, but can't remember if it was to buy my second Provari or one of my Pipes.

I guess my memory is going.. :D

They say that the Memory is the second thing that goes away as a Man ages. Or, at least that's I think I heard....maybe....

Skelator as in He-Man?

Yup, You see there is a story behind it (there's always a story behind everything with me LOL). Have you ever seen that Movie Big Daddy? There was a scene where he let the kid pick out his own name.

That sparked a conversation between me and my sister where I basically said "If I was allowed to name myself when I was 5 I would so be called Skeletor right now, and if my name was Skeletor I would work at a Helpdesk just so I could answer the phone saying, Hello this is Skeletor speaking how may I help you today?." So My sister basically said I should change my name to that and that she was going to start calling me Skeletor, so I changed it on Facebook. True Story!

Cute story! If I could've named myself I would have been Samantha. I like the nickname Sam for a girl.

I'm going back and forth on if you're kissing the Blarney Stone or you really did see something. Good morning to you :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Frantic!! I do hope you have an un-frantic day! :D

My wife was in the car with me. When we saw the end disappear into the tree tops, I asked, "Do you see that?". She said yes. Then when we went up a ways and saw it penetrating the embankment, we both went silent momentarily as if in disbelief. I finally asked, "Did you see what I saw?" She said absolutely! For whatever reason, the yellow dominates at the base. At least it did on this rainbow. This is not the first time I have seen the end of a rainbow. In 1994 I was in the Canadian wilderness fishing with some old guy I met up with. We were just chillin' and doing some fishing in a remote bay and there was a solid, end-to-ender out. It kept moving and right behind his shoulder on a rock outcropping I saw the rock light up with giant sized color beams shooting from the ground. It was probably 150 feet from where our boat was. I told the old guy to turn around and look and he saw it too. Lasted maybe 15 seconds and then it was gone.

I am here to say if anyone says you cannot see the end of a rainbow, they are full of it. :)

Bronze... About that rainbow.. Wow! It sounds beautiful! I've always wished I could find the end of the rainbow, but I really want to find a cute little magical leprechaun there.

Well, I'm not cute, and I'm not little, and I'm not magical. But I am 1/8th Irish. Does that qualify me? :)

Well, I agree that He-Man WAS a (CENSORED?). But we know what Skeletor always called He-Man, don't we? It starts with an 'M', and ends with 'N'. It has 'ORO' in the middle. Why is that word censored?

Of course, he rather consistently outwitted Skeletor...so....

I despised that cartoon. Nearly as much as I hated the Thundercats. My buddy growing up had his Apple IIe in the family room, so while we were playing Micro-League Baseball, we were forced to listen to Thundercats, He-Man, and GI Joe (among other cartoons) while his half wit younger brother watched.

Well I only watched He-man in hopes that Skeletor would one day win. As for GI Joe and Thundercats, Yup Guilty as charged, I was one of those half wit younger brothers ;) I use to make my older sisters put up with it LOL. On the flip side I use to have to watch soul train, but as a 5 year old I liked the music so I had fun with it LOL.

I like Soul Train more than any of those. I rooted for Wiley E. Coyote.

Good Afternoon, Army!!! I hope that everyone is having a fantastic Monday (those two words don't usually belong together...but I digress). Jug fishing on the lake this weekend landed us around 150 pounds of flatheads, so much so that we had to give some of them away to people hanging around the docks Saturday morning.

Happy Birthday, Frantic!!! Hope you have a better evening to make up for a rough start to the day. Maybe you can get some "Great Food" to go with your "Great Card." :D

Bronze, awesome stories about the ends of the rainbows that keep chasing you down in life.

Thanks Chimps! So far the day is getting a bit better ;) The "Great Card" helped me purchase a Provari, better than food any day of the week LOL ;)

Two nights ago I was driving home through the woods. There was a rainbow ahead of me. Very bright on one end and just faint traces across the rest of the way. As I drove, it kept getting closer and closer. I kept waiting for it to fade but it wouldn't. It just kept getting bigger and brighter. Then I got to the top of a hill around the bend and it was right there. I could see where it was hitting the tree tops...like a big yellow light disappearing into the forest. I drove another half mile and sure as Christ made apples, there was the end of the rainbow penetrating the embankment alongside the road. Lit up in bright yellow. I was no more than 30 feet from it. Now I know why they say there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Have a wonderful day Army!

Where are you at bronze. I took a pic just last week I think it was of a huge bright rainbow at work.
