I was having that problem, and also felt like a thick coating on my throat. I was vaping a 50pg/50vg mix. I went higher with the pg content and haven't had any problems since. I also have COPD. If your allergic to pg then I'm not sure what to suggest. I now use only 70pg/30vg and no problems with that.

I tried to go from 80/20 PG/VG to 75/25 PG/VG, and immediately got the heavy lung, mucus and nausea effects. So, as little as a 5% increase was enough to send me back to 80/20. Unbelievable, considering all that crap from ciggies, that I should be so sensitive, but it is what it is...you just need to find what your body can handle.

I had the same problem but I found it was the flavorings, not the VG bothering me.
Buy a small bottle of straight VG with no flavoring in it, just NIC and see how it effects you.
I'm now using 100% VG juices and found juices that are giving me no problems.
PG is too harsh for me and causes a sore throat.

Can you name some of the juices you found that are ok? I get sneezy from some, but I haven't been able to isolate it yet.
