Power factor meaning: good replication of smoking. Felt hit, volume of vapor. Cleaner taste. Minimum of 4 times the battery life. Larger amount of juice in the tank. Better draw.
Its literally everything.
The "ego" battery is the round one with the clear button. Nearly everything fits and works with that battery. Spinner - denotes that you can change the voltage. (Power). Allowing you to run a wider variety of attachments, and tune them to your taste. This simple little detail is an absolute game changer.

Automatic batteries are alright the only downside is you can come across unsealed batteries. Those would be batteries that take air in through the battery it's self. I've had a few of them and did alright. It's only a problem when you're doing refills. Leaking e liquid into a battery is not a good thing. All of my newer stuff has manual batteries. Those are nice. You just hold down the button and get the vapor. If you're looking for something right out of the box look for a kit with pre-filled cartomizers (part that looks like a cigarette ....). What you probably want right now is the disposable ecigs; works pretty much like a cigarette except
you dont have to light it
you dont have to put it out
meanwhile you can look at what other systems are availble to save you money in the long run.

Hi Stormcrest. I'm in Brampton and get most of my vape supplies from Canvape. Good people and they have great prices. And no, I'm not affiliated with them in any way 
. They are at a couple of locations around the GTA on the weekends so you can actually go see the gear and buy it there.
If you like the eRoll, they have that in a starter kit here. To find out more about that device check out this sub-forum. Plus there are a ton of reviews on it on the web.
I have not used this e-cig myself, but I did use the eGo-C attys (that has the heating coil in it) and they are quite good. They are a bit maintenance intensive though, so if that's something you want to minimize you might want to go a different route. I believe the only other thing you will need is juice.
If this option interests you I suggest you get in touch with them through the website contact page or phone and talk things over with them. Let them know what you want to look at and they will make sure to have it at the location you want to go to.

Cig a likes did not do it for me. Failed. 1 year later I went with a cheap ego kit. Four weeks lateR I got an MVP.

I forget that vendor's from Canada would probably be best, for a person..who lives in Canada
I understand that you want to keep the look and feel of a real cigarette, BUT.... I would advise starting with a larger mod like the Ego. For me, it took the familiararity out of the addiction 3from the get go, but still satisfied that need for nicotine. IMHO.
I should have stated that I am new to this forum and have only been vaping for about a year, so take anything I suggest with that in mind.
Above all don't give in to paralysis by analysis... lots of good suggestions on here and almost all of it will work just fine; just buy one and jump in. I won't presume to know your finances, but we're really not talking BMW's and Mercedes here... you'll recoup your cigarette costs long before your hardware wears out.
