Hi fellow forum members.
I have not had a cigarette for 3 years, that's how long i have been vaping for.
I have joined up to this forum because I am just starting to make my own e juice.
At the moment my go to e juice supplier is Slims E juice.
So because I don't do things the easy way, I have bought Real Flavors Super Concentrate to start making my own juice with. My first project is to try and clone Slims Godfather.
I want to adjust the 30ml recipe ingredients below using the flavors I have:

Bavarian Cream (TPA) 1.5ml 5%
Creamy Caramel (LA) 0.9ml 3%
Marshmallow (TPA) 0.9ml 3%
Sweet Cream (TPA) 2.4ml 8%
Vanilla Custard v1 (CAP) 0.45ml 1.5%

The flavors I have are:
Real Flavors Super Concentrate (RFSC);
Bavarian Cream (RFSC)
Caramel (RFSC)
Marshmallow (RFSC)
and
Sweet Cream (CAP)
Vanilla Custard v2 (CAP)

I would assume that with the Capella (CAP) Flavors I could use the same ratios. But with the RFSC flavors I am going to use less.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Welcome and glad you joined.
Might want to start getting the feel of what each flavor represents to your buds and then move into taste perception with respect to flavor mixes. Replication of existing professional mixes can be difficult. I admire your pluck. RF SC are decent flavors to have in your flavor arsenal.
Here is a quick look into DIY, might like to visit:

I only use RF SC flavors now. I use this spreadsheet to convert non-RF recipes to lower percents -

Edit I hate how the forum does that above. Here is a direct link so you can download the spreadsheet or copy it to your own google docs account.

and typically convert any non-RF recipe down to 3.5% total flavoring but some people like to use higher percents for some flavors. Over at the popular recipe site I can't mention here you will find suggested percents for each of your RF flavors you can also use as a guide for making recipes.

Thanks for the welcome BrotherBob, Necrospecter and Fozzy71. I have been prowling around ECF for a few days before I joined up. Just getting a feel for things. Thanks Fozzy71, I had already downloaded the speadsheet - found it in one of your other posts. I'm also using an app which I'm sure you guys are familiar with - don't know whether I can mention it or not.
I have done a small 10ml sample with the following % for a 60vg/40pg @ 2mg NIC. Taking all the necessary precautions.

Bavarian Cream (RFSC) 2%
Caramel (RFSC) 1%
Marshmallow (RFSC) 1%
Sweet Cream (CAP) 8%
Vanilla Custard v2 (CAP) 1.5%
100mg NIC @ 50/50 2%
PG 27.5%
VG 57%
TOTAL = 100%

I will give it a week to steep - as long as I like it, it will do me. I'll call it " The Don." I do hope it works.

Welcome to the forum

I would taste the mix first then steep so you have a baseline to chart the steeping progress. Another thing to take note of is that not all flavors are created equal for example a caramel or bavarian cream made by TFA may not taste the same as whats made by RFSC so if your expecting an exact clone it likely won't happen unless you use the same flavors from the same manufacture listed in the original recipe. But on the other hand it may just come out tasting better then the original recipe you never know. As long as you keep that in mind and don't raise your expectations to high and have fun with it you be fine. Most importantly just have fun with it.

. Before I read your reply I made the batch up. I wish I had of seen your advice. Day 1 of the sample - all flavors muted, with 1 of the cream flavors on exhale. Not sure but I think that is the Bavarian cream. Day 3 - a Sweetness is coming through, with the cream flavor getting stronger.
