Here
Get this: a tv show where you're given a pile of junk and have to transform it into a working PV. In under an hour. BAM.
Just made this up in my mind right now. I am so awesome. Actually don't know if an hour time limit is too ridiculous considering I've never made one.
But instead of a kitchen, you'll be in a shop with wood working, metal working, etc. tools.

I can build a copper tube mod in an hour np. If some of the 'obvious' components were there no matter what it wouldn't be much of a challenge really. it'd be ugly but functional.

I mean hell.. with 3 pieces of wire and a battery I can make a functional vaporizer if you hand me a carto/atty. If you hand me a peice of resist wire I can take it down to less than that. It wont be 'good' but it'd vaporize liquids.

Well then, since you'd have time to spare, then you'd be able to decorate your mod a bit and win the competition as opposed to the other lamewads who need several days+ to complete their device. :D :p

Maybe have an explosion at the end of each episode, a la MacGruber?

~ just to feed the frenzy about the dangers of home electronics, hahaha

I like how this could fit into the idea of hot glue and glitter: home crafting gone wrong, boom! (I'm imagining a classroom environment at the local Michael's Crafts store, with a bunch of heavy-set, foul-mouthed vapers applying glitter to e-cig's racing against a clock, with exploding Lithium Ion batteries taking out the whole building)
