Good luck to you Oberon75. You could try WTA (Whole tobacco Alkaloids) or NET (Naturally Extracted Tobacco) liqs to defeat the cig demon. I agree with a lot that has already been posted in this thread. I really think you should talk to her about vaping and smoking. I had no desire to quit smoking either, in fact I was in the smoke shop to buy another pack but didn't feel like waiting in the long line at the register. So I decided to look over some of the 'vape stuff' they had there. I ended up leaving with a starter kit and some e-liquid. I was certain that I would be buying another pack before nights end, but I ended up not doing so. I was simply amazed that this 'not anywhere close to as bad' habit could over power so easily (for me anyway) a 32+ year cigarette habit. Again, good luck to you Oberon75.

Hope your dog finds its way back... I'd be devastated
Yes... hope you find the dog (or someone finds it and it finds it way back to you) It's always a good idea to have a tag (doesn't even need to be official) that has a contact number on it (I know... "hindsight is always 20/20)

Pound had good Samaritan turn in dog. THANK God.

Our neighbor did it we think not on purpose.

Good luck with the quitting. I smoked a stress cigarette while crying about the fact my son would not possibly believe me (the husband was puking with stress.)

Ugh. That is twice. This dog... Well, he's an adventurer he has been asleep all day in his crate because he was partying all night.

I agree with the above. Up your nicotine levels in your DL setups. Maybe look at 9mg nic salts for DL (or higher if needed), so that you are getting the same nicotine hit that you would from a cigarette.

Secondly look at NET ejuice - naturally extracted tobaccos:
    https://www.heathersheavenlyvapes.com/store3/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=12_18_19
    or
World's Best Tobacco e-Liquid | Naturally Extracted | Black Note
as you may find something that vapes that tastes similar to your fave Marlboro.

Thirdly WTA may be helpful too:
Whole Tobacco Alkaloids Vape Juice - Om Vapors - Order Online

    and finally:
I was only able to quit smoking by playing mind games with my brain. I told it that vaping was exactly the same as smoking, it just tasted better and was better for me. That worked for me, along with a crap load of determination and stubbornness to finally quit

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Maybe I am weak but I don't think I could have stopped smoking if someone in the house was still smoking. At work, when I went outside to vape (we had to from early on), my friends would blow cig smoke in my face, I would move farther away and they moved closer to me. I finally had to start sitting in my car to avoid them.

I guess bottom line is you do what works, if you really want to quit.

Geez! With friends like that, who needs enemies?

I also agree with everything said above. For me the key to minimise the stinkies and I'm almost free was to up the nicotine in RDL/DL set up using nc salts (around 9 mg) with menthol touch (because as a dual user atm is what I smoke). Also for me the pod system (vaporesso xtra) has done what other set ups couldn't so far. I hope to give up soon and use more my RDL set ups. Check as Ange said those links if you are after the Marlboro taste and if possible compromise of smoking outside which is something we always did. Never in the house, car etc. Good luck

Oberon75, 24 ml juice did it for me. Some go to 36 to get the same results. Find a juice strength that gives you that feeling of nic satisfaction with one or two puffs and you'll be on your way to getting off the cigs. It's all about replicating what you feel from a cigarette to get off the smokes. Once you find the magic mix level it's all just vaping that and cutting down on smoking. Taper off the cigs while vaping and you will eventually get there.
