That would be very subjective, but I think so. Depends on the airflow of the tank as well. More airflow allows for more vapor along with the higher VG juice. High VG creates more vapor but lessens throat hit. But PG is considered the flavor carrier as well. So it's a give and take.

I would tell you to experiment with different ratios of juices. Find what you like. If you stick with vaping it will turn into a hobby like it has for me and a lot of others on here. Then you will delve into coil making, RDAs, RTAs, and even making your own juice.

Oh right lol, so stick with what I got for now. So even if I vape on 20Watts all the time with a thicker high VG juice, then will I still get a decent ammount of vapor?
Won't know till ya try I guess... lol...

Get it to the point where it isn't burning anymore. Then play with air flow, power, and how hard you draw on it. Cutting back on air flow will usually help draw thicker liquids better, creates more vacuum on the tank. Less air might mean you can raise the power. More liquid to the coil means bigger clouds, thicker vapor.

The point is, just try different things in small steps. Learn what happens with different variables.

+1, perfectly said. Lots of variables and they all contribute to your experience. Play with it. Turn down the power, turn up the airflow, change juice ratio, etc.

Kyle I am guessing that you're in the UK from the £sign. I am using a Kbox mini with the sun tank mini (subox) and rarely do I go above 23.5w. Personal preference I guess but when I Vape it tends to be short sharp bursts of chain vaping. Currently I am using Zeus juice the black, which is rather good imo. It's high VG for me at 70/30 or higher but they do a 50/50 if you'd prefer. Wicks really well, never a dry hit (so far). Might be worth a try for you. Stick with it and you'll get there. Oh and I chuck enough clouds to get told off by the other half for not being able to see me while smoking (them not me)

I would say yes. But play with it. Go up slowly on the power and open the airflow for max clouds.

Thanks Denvap0r...

Another trick might be to add a few drops of distilled water to your high or max Vg liquids. That's what many DIY'rs do to thin out a juice to help wicking. Just a few won't effect the taste but may help, make sure it's distilled though...
Okay, so from what you guys are all saying, I need to simply experiment. So just try out different wattage, with different mix of juice and airflow. So guys, I can go add some water to my juice tonight and it wont ruin it??

That's a big device by most standards, especially with that coil, getting enough vapor shouldn't be the issue. Essentially it's capable of more than you are taking in, or at least taking in the way that it can give you. Maximum power requires wide airflow and using it every time without fail. I run lowish power because I stay where the air isn't cooling off the coil that much. The device regulates it more rather than requiring my control. I can take longer drags also that way and still get better clouds than *I* would get doing it the other way. Overcooking the wick gives an increase at first, but less in the long run.

You might not need to reduce power that much, unless you're way off base. It still needs some power to get it going at all. When just a little hot, on a long drag I can taste it getting better and then a little hot and dry. Push that for a while and it starts getting burnt. You can let off a half second at the right spot to regulate longer drags, but is that 4 seconds in or unworkably short? Another possibility is it's OK unless chain vaping, then each drag gets a bit worse... A slight burn can work itself out, but you have to overcompensate, go extra low and soon. More burn needs new coil/wick, really bad burn needs a full cleaning and airing out of the entire atomizer.

My mod displays both power and voltage all the time, it's just a matter of which way you're adjusting it.

It was never established if that 70/30 was PG/VG or VG/PG, complete opposites. High VG doesn't wick well. Units are needed since people aren't consistent.

I tend to take a longer vape to enjoy the flavour, so you would say to stick to a low power mate?

I dont quite understand, so your saying to turn the power down and stick to long drags?

I vape at 10 to 15 watts and I think I get enough fog.

more watts can give more fog but you have to be set up for it with corresponding airflow and coil, and wicking

Hmmm... maybe I shouldn't have suggested water... lol...

Don't add "some" water, add 1 or 2 drops if you feel the need. If it were me, I would put a tank full into another bottle and add 1 drop only. Mix/shake that up and see what it did. Make sure it's distilled and NOT tap water.

Lol, ill be vaping pure water before long! Okay I may try that!

I get confused when you say wicking. So if I use more watts, I need to ensure the coil is prepped and not burnt obviosuly?

I want to use the power the device was built for, not have to comprimise with less power to not taste burning.

Surely the MVP should be able to comfortably vape all day at 30 watts?
It has nothing at all to do with the MVP, all that is is a power source. With anything vape related, it all boils down to coil/juice/wicking/air flow. I have a 60 watt regulated device but right now i'm vaping a 1.8 ohm coil in a dripping atomizer at 8.5 watts. That combo gives me fantastic flavor and pretty big vapor, I'm quite satisfied. I have another 30 watt device that has an atty with a .9 ohm coil that I run at 16 watts. Huge Flavor, huge clouds, and a high Vg juice.

The MVP is fine and just because you have 30 watts, doesn't mean you run everything at 30 watts. Every atty is different...
