Good luck. I like FA because their flavorings are diketone free and very authentic-tasting. But Tiramisu is strong, so be careful. I would add some cream to it--and mix low. Very low.

In reading their Important Update letter it looks like they are going to provide some of their flavor's "We will be posting soon about opportunities to continue to purchase just our flavorings through another outlet, so stay tuned for that if interested." Just FYI
That sounds like the perfect solution. All you'll need to get is some unflavored nic liquid.
Producing flavors without nic should slide past the possibly upcoming regulations [unless I don't get the regs].

If you are Not into DIY right Now, and Don't have a Decent Supply of Nicotine Base, I would Make that Priority One.

I’m ashamed to say that I’m not up to date on the latest vaping news. How much more time do we have? I’d like to pas my nic stash a little more as I don’t trust that all my nic is vapeable given my history of bad luck with nic quality
September 9th is when the FDA is going to put their Jackbooted Foot down on things. So I would be Doing an Order(s) this week.
As we Near the End, things are going to Run Out. And when the General Vaping Public becomes aware of what is Happening, that is just going to make thing Worse.
OMG! In my panic, I completely missed this line in the letter!! This changes everything! Now I can stock up on unflavored nicotine e-liquid base from MFS and some flavor from Ahlusion and be good to go! But when it is premixed to 36 ml/mg, how do I get it down to 6-9 where I like it? Can someone point me to a thread that talks about working with the base instead of starting from scratch?

And while you are looking around, see if you can discover your next second favorite flavor. I like the idea of going between 2 different flavors. Me? I go from White TicTac to a nice cherry cola tobacco.
And if I could vent? True artists, craftsmen, master chefs of our juice are being put out of business. Yet known killers Camel, Marlboro and Kools are readily for sale.

I just bought another 2 liters from Heartland and paid extra for expedited shipping (trying to reduce transit time as much as possible). I was relieved that there were no problems shipping to CA (recently I was unable to place an order at another company due to my location). I’m so glad I decided to stop by ECF today! I believe that will bring me up to 17 liters of nic in my stash.

36mg/ml nic at 50/50, you put in your desired end strength, what percent flavor, even your pg/vg ratio, plus the amount you want to make and viola.

Short Answer: After September 9th, if you do Not have a PMTA filled with the FDA for Every one of the "Tobacco Products" you Manufacture and would like a Retailer to Sell, than it will be Illegal for you to Sell them in a US Market.
That is Why the Company that the OP likes to buy from is Going Out of Business.

Starting with 36mg/ml Unflavored is the Basically the Same as starting with 100mg/ml Nicotine Base.
You are going to Dilute it with VG and or PG and or Both VG and PG down to a Vapable Level. Then you are going to add Flavoring for Taste. There are Many DIY e-Liquid calculators out there that can Help you to do this.
This is One that comes to mind off the top of my head.

My Plan Right Now would be to get an Amount of Nicotine Base. That could be 36mg/ml or something Higher that takes Less Space to Store like 100mg/ml.
BUT... I would Also get a 6 Week supply of Retail Flavored e-Liquids that you Like.
DIY isn't hard. But it takes a little practice. And having a Recipe or a All-in-One Flavoring for your Favorite Retail e-Liquid would be Fantastic. But sometimes things don't go as planned. And if the Recipe or All-in-One Flavoring Isn't available, I would want to have At Least 6 Weeks worth of e-Liquids to Vape while I Honed my DIY Skills.

Update: I got a message from Alley. She assured me that Tiramisu was one of the flavor concentrates they planned to make available. So sad. This was a great company who offered a high quality product. So many great businesses destroyed...And Marlboro still behind the checkout at the pharmacy.
