Hey rgarcia. Thanks for your service to our country. You are appreciated. Go Navy!
Bullette the Kgo fan here. Got my kit 6 months ago from Dark City Vapor. Still going strong on the original batteries.
I am old school here at ECF. I only use cartomizers without a tank.
I use either Boge 2.0 LR
Or
Smoketech 1.7 ohm.
24 mg 100% vg is my preferred juice.
Welcome to ECF. Hope to see you often
Bullette says woof!

Hi rgarcia! Congrats on getting off of the smokes!!

The KGOs worked great for me and they are now in the hands of another new vaper and doing the job of keeping her off of the smokes too. I also bought mine from Brent at Hoosier Ecigs. I would recommend him to anyone.

Please let us know if you have any specific questions.

ETA: I second getting the Mini Vivi Noca tank. Great taste and vapor with easy filling.

Happy vaping!!!
Gloria

Hoping my kGo 1100mah kit shows up today. I'm tired of waiting. Using a eGo C twist now. also got the nova setups and about 5 more of the slim coming, with the coils and wicks to rebuild em. After taking Bullette's sugestion I also order a handful of carto's and also started using a drip system.
And most important to me is to Thank you for for your service to our Great Country.

I began with Boge 2.0 single coil cartomizers. Next I moved up to Smok Tech 1.7 XL single coil cartomizers because they held more juice. Next upgrade was to buy a carto tank so I wouldn’t have to fill as much. Finally moved up to rebuildable clearomizers (Stardust, Vivi Nova and Mini Vivi Nova) because of the hype and wanted to see if they were more cost efficient. The best type of cartos for the Kgo are single coil low resistance/ LR Boge 2.0 or Smok Tech 1.7. I still use and enjoy the carto+ tank system from time to time.

Using tank+ carto before getting tight draw my cartos last:
With light juice= 80-90 ml
With dark juice= 50-60 ml

Rebuildable Clearomizers
They are a plastic or metal tube with a wick and element inside the tube- no stuffing. Aside from washing and dry burning the head (wick+ element) every few days . Mine are lasting about 4 weeks. When the head burns out simply unscrew old head from plastic tank and screw in new head- takes 10 secs. Clearomizers cost anywhere from $7- $13 and extra heads are $3.00 each. You can also buy 5 pack of heads for slightly cheaper.
Always keep your battery and cartomizer connections clean of juice. This includes the charger connection points.

Thank you for your support and your advice. I really do appreciate it. If possible at your convience could you explain the vvI to me, I am defeitly intrested.

Congrats and welcome. I know one of the things I would consider if you don't already have one and that is a vivi nova or mini vivi nova. They rock and can be rebuilt super easy and for cheap too. Other than VV I would say they are the biggest (affordable) step forward in years.

Happy vaping.

Thank you so much for your reply. It feels good to know someone else enjoys doing business with hoosier and Brent. If you ever wan to chat about the K go om defnitly down. Also could you explain what this mini vivi thing is someone else posted for me to get it, thanks so much

Welcome! Glad to hear you have found a device that works well for you! Feel free to pull up a chair, look around and ask questions. It is a pretty nice group here who truly want you to succeed and enjoy using your Kgo.

I also use the vivi nova, it is super easy to use and works really well. It's nice to be able to spend less time messing around with things and just vape my juice. And it is rebuildable, so it will be good to go for a long time yet still very inexpensive to get going again by just screwing on a new head.

The vivi nova is a tank system---they come in 2 sizes---they both work well but when the juice is low you have to tip the tank to keep the wicks wet---you might also want to try a kanger t2 they are pretty good----also--on youtube you can find all kinds of reveiws on many products.......

I'm also new to vaping and the site, vaping a bit less time and joined ECF about the same time. I've been vaping for about 2 weeks, and I love it. I first picked up the Blu Cigs Premium, but wasn't very fond of it... I returned that today (4 days after receiving my volcano inferno starter kit which I love). Vape on!
