Check out @Mooch 's chart. I personally like the LG HD2C is just about everything. Welcome to the board.

That probably means the LG HG2 batteries, which are listed as 3000 Mah 20A batteries.

They are fine batteries for cases where you aren't drawing a great deal and want battery life, but you should note that they aren't capable of safely supplying 220W.

Welcome and glad you joined. I have provided a little more information which might help choosing/evaluating batteries.

Welcome to the forum. I'll put in my 2c worth for LG HG2s for good run time and power. I've pushed them to 180w 37A with my Smok GX2/4 in 2 batt config and TFV12 Cloud Beast King 0.12ohm coil. More than I can handle and stick with the Big Baby Beast .15ohm T8 usually 65-75w couple HG2s good all day.

Seems you're calculating the current draw wrong. The resistance of the coil doesn't factor into the calculation on a regulated mod. The formula:

Watts / battery cutoff voltage (x the number of batteries as it's a series mod) = amps (add 10% to account for chip inefficiency)

The current draw is lower than 37 amps per battery, but still significantly higher than recommended for 20-amp batteries.

Why do people feel the need to abuse their batteries. Use the right batteries for the task.

I'm not calculating anything wrong, in fact didn't calculate anything at all. Read the mod display.

Also the CDR is not the same as a batteries pulse capability. And nobody has yet to show a schematic or anything from a mfg stating the Smok mods are in fact in series.

The amp display is useless. It shows the output amps, which is unrelated to the amp draw at the batteries. The Alien most definitely is a series mod, almost all multiple battery mods are. In any case, the amp draw per battery is identical in series and parallel mods, regulated mods that is. As for pulse ratings, there's no set standard and thus you have nothing to go by. The cdr, or potentially Mooch's maximum vaping amps, is the thing to go by if you want to stay safe.
