i'm here to say hi. I m already a vaper .. i started a long time ago (with ego, Kanger T2/T3, silica wicks, ecc), i had a break and then re-started again a couple of years ago.

I ve to say that my return was a way harder than my 1st approach..a lot of things changed.. not only because of innovations (like "cotton" or TCR wires), but also in complexity (flat, clapton, several gauges of wires,ecc ). Litterally an Explosion of types of wires/wicks and atomizer/box mod and so on.

i'm not a beginner but i m still tryin to figuring out a lot of things .. and i hope you can be part of the trip

I use cotton bacon Prime and never faced an issue.Same with muscle cotton by Demon killer.

Hey ...Hun & Welcome Welcome ! So what u using now ?? ..I'm a low watt girly 14 or so give/take..
I mostly use my vaporesso luxe mini w/aspire nautilus mini tank+ 1.8 coil. gettin' a new device comin' in soon the Innokin Zlide kit the guys in forum/rooms assisting me w/my next or another baby....lol !

Only been building a few months also, but used Cotton bacon prime, and V2, as well as made the switch to rayon.

I have been using rayon for 4 or more years, this material fulfills my needs to a tee.

not easy to answer, i own and use lot of different Box and Atom. I'm a Single Battery user if i ve to be fit in a category. MTL Loose/DL Restricted but i m still finding my fine tune.
My fav atoms (atm) are Byka 6 and 7 and Recurve/Wasp (i try to close/restrict em a bit tho) .. but i m still new to airy atomizers (wich i m surprisinlgy liking a lot..more the restricted ones).

I've tried a lot of cotton types (and silica too in the old good times): Muji, KGD, Cotton Bacon v2 and Prime, Angorabbit, Native Wicks Platinum (used only a couple of times tho). But dunno every1 seems missing smth for me.

Maybe i only have to get better but i m not that sure..i gotta say that (as far as i remember) the flavour of my silica atomizer (i ve also recoiled a couple) was far superior than cotton. I find that each one (on this list above) has at least one of the following (for me ofc):

- external (cotton or else) flavouring
- "flattened" flavour (If this make sense in english)
- long to prime (break in) to get the most of your flavour
- prone to dry hits or at least near to it (my dryhit sensibility is pretty high so i have to recoil pretty often)
- hard to work with (but this was most at the start, now i kinda got it)
- Muted flavouring pretty soon (after few mls)
- slow wicking = propagation of e-liquid to the center of the coil

I'm not sayin they are all the same or they all suck (for me ofc). Atm NativeW and Angorabbit are the best (and Prime near) but are the one with i experience the muted flavour pretty soon. Maybe i m only using too much cotton. I'm gonna do some other test before emitting a (semi)-definitive verdict.

I ve found very few videos tho and they are all pretty oldish (at least 3-4 years) and about old atomizers. If u guys got some specific video on rayon, plz share with me
