I’m always looking for suggestions/new E juice in tobacco flavor. I have Parkinson’s and nicotine helps reduce cognitive decline. I smoked for 40 years and now I Vape exclusively. About six months now. I’m always looking for a juice with no or very little vanilla/caramel. I know I have to read through everything but if you have a suggestion It’s greatly appreciated. Hmm. Iirc the ry4 variants have vanilla/caramel. To my taste also green pepper. Some people love ry4s some hate them. I personally am in the “hate” catagory. YMMV

I don’t use tobacco flavors, so I’m not much help. But it does seem there are a lot of tobacco plus something sweet flavors out there, which I find odd. But perhaps you could find a NET? (Naturally extracted tobacco)

Welcome to the forum Raphael, Familial Shaking Syndrome aka Essential Tremors runs in my family. It is related to Parkinson’s and I find that nicotine definitely helps keep the tremors down. I am definitely interested in hearing how it has helped you.

As far as juice, I search out vanillas and caramel type flavors so I’m probably not much help in that arena.

This line of juice is popular and a naturally extracted tobacco. Some of them are sweet but there is straight tobacco flavors also which should meet your needs. I like vanilla type tobaccos so I can’t help with a specific juice but if you read the descriptions you will find one that sounds good.

I hate tobacco flavors so not a big help from me....I know i've seen blueberry tobacco, and the other day I was looking for a bourbon tobacco for a member here that didn't have vanilla so that might work.
