Greetings from Malaysia and welcome to the crowd. I have been dappling since April and made the full switch around 4 weeks ago. It is sooooo much easier than quitting the 'normal way'. I started on an istick and nautilus and it's still my best and most reliable set-up. The subox kit sounds similar in many ways - but as some people said, more flexible, so you picked a great starter kit, which you won't need to upgrade anytime soon.

I know that Singapore is a difficult place to get stock from, so hope you visit Malaysia on a regular basis. We have some great vape-shops where you can try dozens of liquids to find out what you like. Good luck and dont be afraid to reach out here. People are really amazing!

I'm sub ohming with 18mg and doing just fine. Instead of reducing my nic level, I've reduced my juice consumption. I'm now down under 2 ml a day and still off the cigs. it's a matter of finding what works for you and sticking with it. Good luck!
Tks! Hopefully I can get my set this week...cheers! :)

Good luck. I was a 1-1.5 pack a day smoker and started at 15 mg nic. Just made it down to 6 mg nic. My suggestion is to start higher on the nic level. I will say the information here has been so helpful.
Tks! Everyone here has been very nice to me and I'm glad that I joined this forum :) Never too late to quit smoking!

Hi :) Please tell me more / what i should know about vaping?
Interested to know more before starting :)
Been smoking for more than 15yrs now...wanted to quit but always goes back after stopping for a few months...

Welcome to ECF. I'm on ECF probably every day trying to learn as much as I can. There is no one post that is going to tell you all that you need to know. Go in to each forum and read as much as you can every day and after a few months, you will start to pick up everything you need to know.
