Clones suck authentics rule lol. Jk but really. The nemesis is a sub ohmer's wet dream really. Many or most european vapers prefer flavor over vapor clouds so they design their devices as such. All stock atmomixani atties usually have MAX one 2mm airhole.

Down to 0.8 mm. Which is a vape i really enjoy sometimes for that super crisp, clean flavor it puts off.

To me super low ohming gets old fast. Law of diminishing returns. For me, more vapor up to a certain point brings great benefits for the vape. Anything past that point to me is just not very enjoyable. That happens to be around 0.5 ohms for me. I kinda dont see the point from there but i wont bash others who enjoy it. Not my stilo so much.

Bak to the point. These "euro style" devices are perfectly suited for vapers like me. "Pinoy style" and "west coast style" is more clouds and vapor and som really cool devices have come from both sides of the coin. I loooooove te Odi rda for its flavor and vapor density. Mmmmmmmmm

Anyhow im done rambling...for now

Guys ive been wondering something. So coworker of mine vapes between 0.1-0.25 ohms all day every day. Whenever i go below .4 ohms its waaaaaay too hot and hurts my throat the next day. All this ws done on a cloudchasing atty with good coils and copious airflow.

My question is...when going so low, do you feel the heat like i did or are you used to it? Or am i doing something wrong by doing just dual coils. Do you need to spread the heat over quad coils at a certain point? Ive never enjoyed the vape but i wana blow a cloudevery now and again so im just wondering.

My build was a dual parallel 26ga with 8mm total airflow.

Thanks!

when going that low, you're definitely going to feel the heat. some people like that heat haha. i personally like a warm/hot vape myself.

Yeah I've felt it and I personally don't like it. They're fun for kicks, but I usually stay with dual coils around .4 - .6ish. doesn't take long for the coils to heat up and flavor is there. I was playing around with a cerberus with three coils and I had to really adjust those coils not to be knocked off my feet lol

for anything under 0.25 you need way more air; I've also found the BIG atties (28.5-30mm) help with heat a lot

Yeah I have those. From what I read sony stopped making their 26650 (think it was 50amp or something) and basically those panasonics are the same or really, really close. They're nice imo
yeah, SONY did stop making theirs

and while the continuous drain is the same on each (50a), the internal resistance of the Panasonics is 0.01 to the Sonys' 0.015, so in theory they should hit harder

BUT

they've been around forever and no one seems to be using them, so I'm confused.

If you could add your thoughts to that thread It would be cool, so the information is searchable and findable for people in the future

Hmm... for those running with hot v3 switches... I have been running builds from .5 to .8 on my drippers and have not noticed this.

But I don't take really, really long hits from it.that might be a factor.

one other thing I've done is switch the brass contacts to the silver plated ones in both the top cap and switch. That may be a notable difference...

This right here. Sub-ohm builds and wide open airflow is a US thing. There's lots of American and Filipino modders that cater to this, but you can't really expect Greek/Euro makers to create stuff with this in mind when most of Europe is running between 1.5-2.0 and prefer much more restricted airflow. The two most recent drippers I've bought, one from Britain and one from Poland, both came with a single 1.2mm air hole.

All that being said, I have run builds down to .5 on both the Paps and Paps X with no heat or spring issues, but I normally go back to between .9 - 1.3 soon afterwards. Just my preference.

This isn't my usual type if thing, I generally prefer a plainer more understated look but I also like a bit of Egyptology so when I saw this I thought I'd get it. It's the RA v3 mod from MKvapes who also made the Enigma dripper which would probably look pretty good on it.

It came wrapped it some papyrus type stuff it has a firm but very short throw on the button, all in all I'm pleased I got it.

yeah the gp paps springs are pretty thin and get hot easily with low builds. i experience the same thing on my v3. i really wish they start using magnets or have magnets available from somewhere.

I've had no issues with mine, but I will agree that magnets are always better than springs and would love to see a GP switch with magnets.

Thanks VapinBill, glad you were able to snag one...I think your going to really enjoy this mod, the pictures don't do it justice, it's much better in person.

Something about SS with copper lately for me - kind of reminds me of a silver/gray car with burgundy interior, not to mention the performance benefits :D

I love the look and fell of this Stingray X. I can almost stealth cape in 650 mode with its small size. It hits like a train too!!!

On the road for work, and this is all I brought with me.....The GP Piccolo is the PERFECT travel companion (as is the Microstick)!! I got my 3 Spheroids with me; some GVC, Boba's, and Bounty Hunter......vaping away in my hotel room here in Biloxi MS, the Piccolo is performing excellent!
