Nice vid Rick, dude at times you look like you're suffering :vapor:
I don't understand why you're not getting good wicking at 7.4v. I'm running one of my GGTS's with twin IMR AW 18490's on a 2.5ohm coil with the standard Ody wick from COV. The coil is on a double wick on the top coil part then single wick going down the Ody ceramic channels. I'm running the setup on the short mode Ody and I too get crazy plumes of really tasty vapor. I vape usually the RAWR Strapple @ 12mg/ml so nic levels are not bad. I do crank up the juice control more than when I vape 3.7v, I would say almost close to double but never had any wicking issues.
Here's a link to my newest youtube. I don't really go over the actual construction of the coils, but I talk about each of them and most importantly, blow insanely fat clouds :)

2.8 @ 7.4 - 24 nic - Double Ody wick in Short Mode - I have to do small bursts, no wicking problem, can't vape it like 6V - makes me nauseus if I do - called nic sick

Fixed all of my wicking problems and now it's just vaping like a freight train! I really was suffering in those 2 rips off of the 24w iAtty...DRIEST WICK IN THE GAME!

I too when I first tried 7.4v did it on a friends with 24mg juice and almost died, can't vape that crap for long, too strong for my wimpy ... My 12mg though is just fine. Try a lower nic dspin @ higher voltage.
You're getting old my brother, like me

lol, I am saying that for over 8 months now zogem. One simple example is this: Take a 6 ohm wire and vape it at 7,4 volts. Thats 9,12 watts. Will it vape well? I dont think so.
Another example is this: Take a 0,3mm fat wire and make a 3 ohm wire. Then take a 0,1mm fat wire and make a 3ohm wire too. They will give same watts under same voltage. Do they vape the same? Of course not for one more time.
Basically watts is an oversimplification of a concept used generally and probably incorrectly in the industry.

Watts can be directly converted to BTU... units of heat. The distribution of the heat is important. The more surface area that the energy is spread across the cooler any given point will be.

V^2 / R = W, but the surface area of R controls how much W is at any given point.. a concept often overlooked.

When I will make the GGVV module you will see what Ody can do rw. But Ody can already do amazing things like vaping at high voltage like it vapes exellent in low voltage too as you said on another post:)
That's why I'm so drawn to it. I love the idea of working towards pioneering new setups that were commonly accepted as plain impossible, and using those setups to establish a whole new standard of vaping. Imeo is a genius for creating Odysseus, plain and simple. But the fact that we still don't know what it's capable of is truly inspiring.

When I get my mastech dc ac converter setup to my passthru, I'm taking this to a whole new level, the likes of which nobody has seen before.
