Hello Vets!!

I am pretty new to this whole amazing thing, and I have been searching on what set up would be best to take hiking with possibly and over nighter in there. I have started out with a KR808D-2 model because it is pretty easy with only 2 pieces. I am looking to step up to something that I can take up a mountain and not have to worry about battery life ect ect....

Here are my 2 main concerns:

-Battery life (med. amount of vaping, not opposed to carry more than one battery, just not like 10 that i would think i would need with the
KR808D-2)

-Leaking in pack (would like to try a tank [because the volume it can hold and the vapor from them] but i really don't want it to leak all over)

I have read a ton of post about recommendations but none really talk about anything to do with stuff like this. I go mountain biking, hiking and stuff that I don't have power to charge up. Plus being in a back pack that gets pretty shaken often.

I have been looking at the eGo-T, some say they suck and some say they are perfect if you use a low res atty.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

P.S. I would be using it daily as well.

Thank you all in advance!

Jason

I have one of these:

http://www.amazon.com/Kensington-Po...IYS0/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1326053590&sr=8-7

... which is good for about 5 days of charging ecig batts. I got it a while ago and there are newer and likely smaller devices now that perform the same function. This one is a bit larger in height and length than a credit card and a bit thicker but not much. You'd need a usb battery charger - it has the regular usb port for that. You charge it before hand and then it keeps the charge for days.

You could also get 2 (depending on your vaping habits) 1000mAh eGo batteries - if you're a light vaper then one would likely last you overnight (but I'd still carry one other one). As far as the eGo-t goes - I haven't had the leak problems to the extent that have been reported by some but the eGo-c seems to be working out better even with those who had problems with the eGo-t. The tanks on those are smaller than what's available on the eGo-t but either way, I'd suggest you take a bottle of ejuice (put it in a zip lock) and you can fill from there.

Another option with the eGo batt would be the 'EMDCC' (eGo mega Dual coil cartomizers) that can hold almost 4mls of ejuice - I've gotten mine at madvapes and liberty flights (but available at other places). For using KR8 cartos, there are eGo style batts available at the KR8 vendors or you could use a 510-carto adapter on a 510 eGo batt. But then you'd be using regular KR8 cartos - and likely best without the eGo 'cone'.

One other consideration on the eGo batts is that the
Joye eGo-t and eGo-c batteries have a 5 click shut off which would be good for transporting in a pack, etc. - I use cignot.com for most of the Joye products but of course they're available at several vendors.
