Anyone else notice that Hummingbird:
A) gunks up Kanger PT2 coils quickly
B) most of the taste is on the exhale
C) makes you nose feel damp, but your throat feel dry

It's an all together unique juice and I'm not quite sure I can think of anything else that is even similar or "like" it. Maybe it's just the MAXVG, but for me it is really a juice to be sipped and not chugged.

Steep time: 1 day

Nic Level: 18mg

Tank/Atomizer: Nautilus

Mod: (mechanical, VV) Provari 2.5

Thoughts/Tasting Notes: First time with this. I get little cranberry, just a lychee orgy. That's ok, I love me some lychee. Interested to see how this develops with some steep time.

Since it's totally pre-steeped, all the balance aspects are pretty much mellowed out. If you desire more cranberry, time to explore a different device or build config - my 2c

Going to add the coil gunking aspect to the website - any other feedback to add?

Only other feedback beyond what I already had was that it works just fine in a GP Spheroid or Heron (full of fluff like a really loose packed cart). I thought it might not wick very well due to high VG, but it worked fine with 2mm silica on a 2mm internal diameter coil (28ga @ 8 wraps). Not sure how many Spheroid/Heron users roam around in Reo-land, but it works on them nonetheless. The cranberry seems a bit more dominant out of the gate on the GP attys too.

Gunked my coils up really bad. Had to pull my cotton and burn the coils every two days, but a minor inconvenience for what is probably my favorite NT juice. Now I just need more :-(
I hadn't noticed particularly, but then I use a lot of two that do gunk coils up: a chocolate one and a ginger syrup pudding.

As you say, it's worth it because it's so lovely! :)

I've been enjoying Hummingbird for time to time. I have it loaded in a KFL+ Nano and vape a little when my taste buds get tired of the others. It's so refreshing and... cleansing.

It's also very relaxing right before bed. But I can't quite vape it as much as I'd love too because.... maxvg. Oh well, I enjoy it as a small treat, like I would enjoy a piece of candy. Keeps me away from gobbling too many Zotz.

Clark, what kind of setup do you recommend for "more cranberry" ?

I tend to wander between 7 and 8.5 watts. Steeping since release of recent mix.

Igo-T drilled to 1/16, Evic, dual coil 1.7 ohms, nichrome 80 microcoil, sterile cotton:
Very subtle but good flavor. It's the perfect front porch vape for relaxing with some lemonade. Can't really pick out the individual flavors although I do get a little bit of the cranberry tartness. I kept getting confused about how I couldn't taste very much yet somehow couldn't stop vaping it either. There may be some wizardry involved here. Such a chill vape that it's hard to describe. Mind you I've never had lychee before.

Protank 2 Mini, new style air flow valve, MVP2, 1.4ohm nichrome 80 single microcoil, sterile cotton:
More pronounced flavor compared to the Igo-T and at times not in a good way. The stronger flavor causes it to translate as a little soapy or floral at times. For a second I thought I had grabbed Roundhouse by mistake. I prefer it in the Igo-T so far. Very easy on the throat. I've got big problems with PG and Gravity MaxVG makes my throat sore. Hummingbird on the other hand is very smooth. Not sure this flavor is strong enough to hold it's own in the top ten but a welcome addition for those of us that need MaxVG.

Running my Odin single coil at about 1.5ohm. Organic cotton. Been switching between running it on my stingray mechanical and the rDNA 30. I like the ability to pump the wattage up on the 30 from time to time. It's a really warm vape, but the flavor can really pop. And the vapor when you max it out to 30? Woah. I'm no cloud chaser, but it is fun from time to time, lol.

Does adding the air flow valve make much difference to the mPT2?

Other than looking cool I'm not so sure for those of us using primarily VG. Bought four of them out of the classies last week to test in my PT2M fleet. Usually in the larger Protanks keeping the airflow pinched down helped wick thick liquids. So I've been keeping them tweaked down for that reason. I did just open it up on my high VG Highbrow Cheesecake with no problems and that made for an easier lung hit. Jury is still out as I experiment though as they are very new to me.

UPDATE: Works with Hummingbird too, experiment in progress.

Ah! thanks - I won't bother then. My mPT2's seem to be working fine without.

I have the larger PT2 and now and then I get a few not so nice tasting draws and then it goes back to being fine again.

What's High VG Highbrow Cheesecake?

Thanks - I'll try it ...I'm assuming it's a larger sized airflow control valve for that? I'd not seen them for the Protank 2's before.

I've got the bigger V1 air flow valves for the full size Protanks at home. I'm at work using my PT2Ms and two of the four today have the new style V2 mini airflow valves I picked up out of the classies. You can get away with some pretty thick liquids in Protanks using light cotton wicks and tight draws. Sending PM in a minute.

Tried it in a Kayfun?

Kayfun Nano (EHPro). I haven't tried it in the KFL+ (genuine). Should I ?

I should. Now that Wak has found a new home in the magma lol

I get the most Cranberry in Kayfun style devices, I have wicking issues with it sometimes though...
