I got down to .6 in around 4-5 months, then got to somewhere around .4 by mixing in some zero ones ....but some days, .6 is all I use! (12 is too harsh for me now!)

Where do you get the flavorless juice?

You can buy flavorless nicotine solutions at Wizard Labs, Nude Nicotine, RTD Vapor or My Freedom Smokes to name a few, along with some plain VG to dilute the nicotine with. The VG has a sweet taste to it so the sweetness of the Raz Cup isn't "watered down". I'm doing this with most of my NT juices now. What's nice is you can basically create whatever nic level you desire and for me my 50ml bottles of NT last twice as long.

Where do you get the flavorless juice?

You can get it in a lot of places, they call it "Unflavored"

However, if you go to a site that sells nicotine, you can get that nicotine mixed with PG/VG at any level you want in both mg/nicotine and percent PG and VG. It is a lot cheaper than buying it from a juice vendor (who charges the same price for unflavored as they do flavored).
