Wakonda is pretty amazing!! Now I get the hype. I loaded it up in a tank as son as I got home from work today. My husband, who doesn't vape, tasted it and asked me to load up a tank for him!! I've been trying to convert him from analogs for a month without success but Wakonda may be the ticket! It looks like I need a bigger bottle.

Very nice - one new quitter makes an entire run "worth it."

I like it a great deal. I am quite new to vaping (only 2 months) and quite new to NT, so I do not order much juice (as I vape only approx. 1.5ml's a day in my Halo Triton tanks). However, I ordered a 50ml bottle of this (which is a huge size for me) on pure faith. Very, very good. I love especially the Virus and GCD, and this is right up there with them.

I do not know if anyone else is getting this taste on the front end, but it tastes very much to me not quite like coffee, but, rather, a stout beer. I can actually taste hops. It tastes kinda like a mix between a stout and a hoppy IPA. I do not drink anymore, but I am very much liking the "hopiness" to this. Please chime in if anyone else is getting this flavor, as it would put my mind at ease a bit that I am not totally crazy in picking up more of a hops than coffee tone. VERY unique juice though, and I will enjoy vaping it. Thanks!

OMGosh!!!! I haven't lost my mind! I told DH, that I taste beer! How weird is that!!!! Now, I'm not a beer drinker (like my vodka so much more......lol) but DH tries different beers all of the time and has me taste them. I wouldn't have known that it was the "hops", but it reminded me of his Murphy's and Guinness.......lol

This is a new note for me, but I am a bit jealous - sounds enjoyable!~

Hi Kent! Enjoyable indeed. Although I no longer drink, I think that with Wakonda, I can get my "hops fix." I used to love IPA's. I am not sure if it is my tastebuds, or if it is the device I am using (a top coil Halo Triton - which runs at a constant 3.7 volts), but I get the hops front end flavor (with a vanilla cream at the end) virtually every time. Very very different (but good different!).

On an unrelated note, since I am relatively new, I do not have a banner, but I just noticed the Quitters never win thread. If I sign up for a NT banner (which I assuredly plan to do in any event:)), could I still sign up on the "bribe"? I do not have a current banner to "switch" from. Thanks much!!

Thanks so much for chiming in! I, too, am glad I have not lost my mind. It does, indeed, taste like Murphy's/Guiness to me as well. Roasted hops. Great beers.

Looking at what you posted to Kent......I was dripping mine using the Provari at 3.8 volts and my Helios RDA using a single micro coil at 1.4ohms. Maybe it's the voltage we are at? Maybe we are just both secretly wishing for Guinness.....lol

Wishing for Guiness, indeed! I went to Ireland a few months ago, and boy do I miss it!

It is certainly interesting that we are getting the same flavor at the same voltage. I use Halo's 2.2-2.4 ohms stock coils. I am quite new to vaping, and love the Halo for now, for simple ease of use. It is very much "plug and play", and I did not want to as yet get to committed into tinkering around with expensive mods. Maybe someday!

I've never tried the Triton system personally, but from what little I have read people seem to enjoy them!

Doesn't taste the same in the states, bottled in Canada and bitter as dandelion.

Give me the real thing! You walk into a pub in the .ie and ask for "A Pint" (no other words) they bring you Guinness. 3 stage pour without asking for it. In the states in an "authentic" Irish pub, you get asked "A pint of what?" and they throw it into the glass abruptly. I'll take mine with a waterfall, thanks.

The Triton was my first real device and was what got me off the cigs. I used it exclusively for 4 months until the rebuilding bug and shinieitist hit, but it still holds a fond spot in my heart.
