which email did you use to contact the modder..Maybe im using the wrong one bc I havent heard back from him yet
Maybe try emailing the man himself, the modder. Ive emailed him a couple times and hes always gotten back to me that day, sometimes within the hour. Maybe he can give you a run down or list of stores that carry them.

Where did you get that white hat....? I want 1

There was a list (50 pieces) on another forum was an option when I ordered. He had white, black and copper available.

I'm sure they will be available very soon.

The modder was on vacation this weekend and would guess he shut it off to relax - I'm sure he'll reply to emails once he is back.

The email I used is Hobo@hobocustoms.com. I emailed him last night, Sunday, right before I went to bed about nothing real important and I got an answer from him around midnight or later, not sure.

word of the day: KNURLING

the first time I unscrewed it was pretty difficult I had to use pliers. I wrapped a cloth around the atty to make sure i didnt scratch anything. Once you get a good grip it should come of semi-easily. Havent had any issues removing it since the first time.
I meant to tell you. I emailed hoberto, hes sending me out some stainless center blocks and some of those slotted set screws. Im interested to see how they are compared to the others, I know you mentioned you prefer the stock over the slotted.

Yea I got using pliers very carefully. I was hesitant bc i did not want to scratch the " knurling " lol but I finally got it.
Hmm i wonder what the difference would be with the stainless center block.
I dont think theres much really. Most just dont like copper inside the rda ya know, with there juice and wick material. Some like it some dont, I like the fact that he offers both, makes everyone happy. I personally dont care much, I just dont like how soft it is.

Thats cool. I just rebuild mine w/ the SS post. I cant tell the differnece and its "safer" so im happy w/ it. I honestly thought I would like the slotted screws more but the slott isnt very deep so becareful not to strip them. I know your main gripe was the screws so maybe you'll like them more.
That really was my only gripe. After these couple days with it I feel I was mainly too harsh on the little hobo. One of my favorite things about it is the changeable top hats and how small it makes my already small mod. Plus it does seem to hold a little more juice then most of my attys.

Here's a pic of my build. Not the cleanest build I've ever done but you can see how much room there is for juice. I tucked the wick inside that groove.
Thank you..you sold me on this... I didn't connect the dots with post 31... (if I even saw it..)

This and that post really showed this atty off..I love the origen..and even the taj ji..but this is classy.

Curious if any of you other Hobo owners find this thing a little messy. Vaper goes up, clings to the top of the chamber, down the sidewalls, out the air holes(all of them). Not real keen on carrying a rag everywhere I go. Don't know if I'm setting it up wrong or what. Good vape and flavor, just a leaky little thing. No tilting, so it's not spilling. Not over filling, only wet the wicks. What gives?
