Cpl'a ??? for ya crew…is it worth it to do the update/s in general on these? Particularly tho for batt life? Runnin a batch of these alongside Cuboid's and others. They can go
thru a batt in a hurry at 5v but not especially relative to the extra cap of 2x18's. Any downside to either of the updates?
Also, is there a consensus on the finish for the LE. Was there a fix with the revision? How's that working out?
The first of my blue's to start peeling took about 4 months. I've got my first jwrap in and it's nice. The fact that there's a cutout to match the bezel face exactly means you need to rewrap before the peel. The thin edges of the side plates which rise above the bezel is where flaking started for me (from finger contact accessing controls top and bottom). So those two edges are easily exposed and likely will remain so no matter how tightly you apply the wrap.
As far as VW
mods go, I'm really diggin' the Slice. Given the discount I've recommended it more than any other
device I've ever purchased or tested.
For me, they'll prolly end up naked with a neutral, camouflage or clear patterned wrap as some edges will show through. Something like…

Damascus Steel 3 Clear
Pity really as I very much like the blue finish and subliminal hohmtech logo. And I'd rather not end up with a bunch of silver mods.
